We can all agree that young (18-25) women are the most attractive psychically but I see Red Pillers argue that these women are superior in (all?) other ways as well: They are less demanding, they nag less, they are less jaded, etc. I guess I can see that.

However, if this is really the main attitude amongst men, I wonder why so many extremely high value men, who have access to literally 10.000s of 23 year olds, marry post-wall women:

  • Prince Harry is engaged to Meghan Markle, 36.
  • Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky got married when she was 33.
  • Brad Pitt left Jennifer Aniston for Angelina Jolie who was 30 at the time.
  • Evan Spiegel started dating Miranda Kerr when she was 32.
  • Elon Musk has serious oneitis for Amber Heard who is 31.
  • Benedict Cumberbatch married Sophie Hunter when she was 36.

There are of course many more cases but these are just at the top of my head. I have refrained from naming any outlier marriages (The Taylor-Johnsons) or political marriages (The Clooneys).

In all of these cases the man and woman started dating after the woman turned 30.

So if men generally find early 20-somethings superior in all ways, why does any man with options marry a woman older than 26? These men obviously don't have to settle for their wives.

Any thoughts?
