No. From growing up in the hood any “good girl” that liked bad boys wasn’t really a good girl. She was either a bad girl or a wanna be bad girl who had strict repressive parents.

I was never into them because I didn’t want to end up with a guy who’d have me strung out on crack and getting gangbanged in a dirty house for $20 bucks. I didn’t want to seduce men to their deaths or run drugs so I stayed away from those types. Every girl I grew up with who didn’t want that lifestyle did the same.

For two reasons....women are surround in life by a constant stream of pleasant, accommodating behavior by nearly everyone in whom the interact....and it bores the hades out of them....especially when yet another guy comes along acting in the same pleasant way that the last 100 guys who crossed her path....now take the bad boy\jerk who isn't like that at all and suddenly they have to figure out why his guy is "different" and why he doesn't grovel at her pussy like the other 100 guys....

2nd is that women are NOT The soothsayers of men that they want to pretend so they tend to use cheat codes to categorize dudes...with the number one thing which they are attempting to filter out is weakness....so any form of kindness or pleasantness early on is an instant disquaifier for that dude then they move on to trying to figure out real quality guys and dickwads...unfortunately for women the markers between a confident, successful quality guy and a dickwad, jerk are very closely tied for women (they can't tell that the loudest, peacocking dude is just covering for a shit ton of esteem issues, which guys spot easily) ...then with there being lots more dickwads than actual quality guys they have much greater chance of ending up with the dick than a quality guy.

So it goes like this working from left to right as to how they reject guys:
Ugly<<pleasant\nice<<jerk<<quality guy.

Most get stuck at the jerk category because there are just not enough quality guys to go around.

Women’s activism has come a loooooong way since the suffragettes got the vote. I dispute that it’s at the expense of men, although I know that is the basis of MGTOW. I actually think women in the the workforce and sexually empowered has done a lot for society. For instance; controlling birth rates, introducing untapped talent to the workforce, allowing men the opportunity to choose to be a stay-at-home-dad, desensationalising homosexuality. I know the system is deeply imperfect and that there are a lot of new problems, but I have faith that the meta change has been good.

Sadly, I don’t think that men’s collective identity has kept up. MGTOW and RedPill are very sinister, aggressive philosophies that (I think) see modern women as a threat, whereas I see modern women like an evolved Pokémon. I’d like to see men grow to the next Pokémon stage too. An awesome, woke, masculine, strong, tough-minded, sexy beast who delights in the fact that I am awesome, woke, feminine, strong, tough minded and sexy. These men exist but they are frequently snapped up by awesome women - early. Whenever I see younger man/older women couples I often think ‘I bet he’s mature and displayed an openness to modern women and that lady snapped him up as quick as she could’.

...Unfortunately a lot of men that are available express their masculinity through rampant competition and rapey aggression. That’s why I’m an advocate of martial arts. I'm not sure that it's a trend, but from personal experience I can say that women who are attracted to bullies/criminals/etc are often from the same social circle. They aren't "good" girls, they are girls, who are okay with breaking laws and steaking, robbery etc.

I rarely see educated girls falling for criminals and if they do they are either stupid or naive and think that they can help him to become a better person.

I've never been attracted to this type of guys, I've seen enough of them and I know that their aggression and "coolness" melt if they get caught or if they meet someone stronger. They often are far more insecure about themselves than normal guys.

There was a study done where they showed different women at different points in their menstrual cycle a 'bad boy' and a 'good boy', and then they would ask the women which they thought would make a better husband. The closer they were to their period, the more attracted they were to the 'bad boy', and subsequently the further from their period, the more attracted they were to the 'good guy '. Nad boys are usually more confident, attractive, and strong, and it would make sense from an evolutionary standpoint that women would want their children to have those traits. In this sense, women are a bit more "sexually irrational" when they are fertile.

Take it for what it's worth, anecdotal evidence, and sample pool bias may occur. Full disclaimer, I have no lean towards any pill. I actually find the Red pill to be bankrupt, and lacking in nuance. So it was quite a surprise when the following happened.

After I got divorced and went back on the dating scene. I had great success, but the relationships weren't fulfilling enough. By nature I'm an aggressive guy. While that helps me pull lots of women, it turns some off. I wanted to reach the ones that I was missing, because they seemed a bit more family oriented. So I softened up my aura, toned down my aggressiveness, and stopped trying to get any physical contact on the first date. To my disappointment, this lead to less second dates. So I scrapped that, and went back to my aggressively assertive ( borderline between confidence/arrogance. Might call you back, might ghost you, probably has a couple women he's fucking) personality. My dating reservoir filled right back up, so yeah women like bad boys. Up until the time they are ready to be serious. I should also state that I'm almost 40, and I've been with women from their early 20's to their late 40's. It's an equal distribution between the age groups. Of who like bad boys, and who doesn't.
