This shit reminds me of my mom in the beginning of her relationship with her current boyfriend. She would always give him larger potions as if the fact that we were young women meant we didn't want to eat more and she would always serve him first. She doesn't do this anymore mostly I think because he doesn't eat at the table with us like he used to (thank God) but she still continues to do everything for him. From making his plate, getting him his condiments, and pouring him drink but then whenever I or my niece/nephew ask her for something (HER OWN FAMILY) she's suddenly like "I'm not your maid.
