if you were too scared to answer his question honestly over face time then in person you will likely be even more uncomfortable/ scared to be honest or yourself.

definitely work on self esteem and confidence, answering that question especially when there’s no threat of physical retaliation from the male shouldn’t have been uncomfortable enough to lie.

as far as what to do with him, it’s up to you. my two cents if you disagree on vaccinations it might be time to move on, more importantly if he makes you uncomfortable enough to hide yourself he’s not worth it at all.

If you are too uncomfortable to be honest, then that’s your intuition manifesting. If you can’t even be honest about vaccination status, what else are you willing to suppress yourself over just because you’re worried about his reaction?

Also, and I write this with all the love and respect, brush up on the FDS handbook and commit to working on yourself and the way you approach things. Become that HVW who will say you’re vaccinated…or won’t even need get to that point, because it’s super weird for someone to be passionately anti-vaccination.

My coworker's friend had a husband who was anti-vax and the wife decided to go along with her husband's decisions and not take the vaccine. I was told he was controlling.

They both ended up getting COVID but he survived while she didn't.

I mean, she could have just snook around and got the vaccine but if you have to sneak around and do that it's just plain sad in the first place.

I was chatting with a friend the other day, telling her about a guy that likes me.

I expressed a number of red flags and she kind of shrugged her shoulders. He doesn’t sound that bad.

When I said he wasn’t vaccinated she lost it! That was the thing that she just couldn’t except.
It just says so much about a person.

In someways I kind of wish they weren’t forcing people to get vaccinated so that as time goes on you could indefinitely use this as a vetting question.

Honestly that information should be completely private with each person. I don’t believe anyone should know my medical history since it’s so hard for me to get my own medical records (here in the US). To me it’s a red flag if someone is obsessed with vaccination and the status of yours, wether or not they’re for it or against it. It’s just weird af! Like that info needs to stay private lmao. Aw man, I just had to break up with a really sweet, hot guy when I found out he was still “doing his research” on the vaccine. Not a right-winger or anything, he just didn’t trust it and thought it came from a lab (like why would that even make a difference when it comes to the vaccine or not?)
