This is just a mess, so many contraddiction and double standards.

An actual MDS handbook could be condensed into these points:

1)be a genuine, positive, good loving person with interests and social circles, who takes good care of their appeareance

2)go to therapy, heal your past traumas and do self growth

3)look for women who are also good and who also do self growth and aren't looking to use you

The worst things that can happen to them while dating is ending up with a woman that doesn't love truly them and is with them for their money (wich most men don't have) or ending up in a toxic relationship. At least they don't have to vet to not become sex slaves and maids like we do. And they don't risk beeing strung along in fuckbuddies situationships like we do.

It's easier for dudes to get into relationships because women aren't afraid of commitment like men are.

It's sad. If they removed the focus on deception and false presentation, and the doubles standards (such as #24), then I think this could actually be a viable "male level up strategy." It would be great if men could encourage other men not to smoke, drink, or use drugs. It would be great if they can encourage other men to be clean and build healthy life habits. But the focus on lying and hiding aspects of themselves sours the whole list. There is some good advice but what ruins it for me is pretending to be someone you're not and using gendered slurs like "thots". Using this kind of words as an appropriate descriptor is just cringy to me.

There should be more energy into doing HVM for their own satisfaction and improvement of their life and not so much about faking. Helping others would also be a good motivator.

Whoever wrote this is probably a teenager/very early teens. I hope he grows and steers in a better direction. He should read some proper books that have good and evil as themes, it seems he is thinking about HVM things on a very superficial level.
