Should I agree with my man, or is his decision dishonest toward me?

Posting here because I won't get help from man-haters and liberal feminists.

I'm a 29-year-old woman with traditional values. I've been living with my partner for two years, and he's the first man I've lived with. He has a good salary and owns two apartments. I also work but don't own any property. We both believe in traditional gender roles: I handle all the housework and pay for food, while he covers the bills and loans for his apartments. I didn't agree to split expenses 50/50 since I don't think it's fair to pay his loans if I'm not registered as an owner.

The issue is that he knows how much I make, but he won't tell me his salary. He doesn't want joint property and insists on a marriage agreement stating that any property bought after marriage belongs solely to the person who bought it and won't be shared.

Yesterday, we had a discussion, and now he's upset. He said I don't appreciate his hard work and the fact that he's building a future where I can enjoy life and freedom as a housewife.

I have no problem with being a housewife, as I enjoy cooking and cleaning more than office work. Raising kids is more important to me than a career. However, I asked him if I would have a share in any future property since I'd be giving up my financial freedom and career to raise our kids and support our family.

He said the agreement would remain the same: I wouldn't have any share since he would be the main provider and buying property with his money. When I asked what would happen if he decided to divorce, he said he wouldn't leave his kids' mom without a place to sleep.

Dear men, please help me understand: am I the problem here, or is he being dishonest with me? He is doing this so in case I want divorce he won’t lose his property. But what if he decides to divorce and I am left with nothing but loyalty, which as I see is not worth anyting. Should I believe his words?
