And if the children would procreate with each other they will suffer from genetic defects caused by inbreeding.

Which would get worse every generation.

Men are not strictly only allowed one woman. People get divorced all the time and go on to have kids with other women. Men cheat and have secret families all the time. They’re allowed one legal spouse; it does not stop them from cooming in other women, or never getting married at all.

Men and women do not have equal reproductive value because men cannot grow children. That is the long and short of it.

This is not a justification.

Being told facts that go against your beliefs is not "justifying" anything. It's just facts.

The rest of your post might need some examples of where you're seeing anyone advocating for "gynocetricism" because I don't entirely know what you mean by "gynocetricism". Looking up the definition didn't help, since google claims it's basically just cultural feminist theory.

Isn’t that a good thing?

As a species, it takes us arguably at least 15 years to raise a child to a level they can confidently look after themselves and survive, our children are born completely dependent on their parents and are literally the most helpless thing in the planet. Most families only have 1 or 2 children, because any more than that and the level of care declines unless they are particularly wealthy.

It’s not a matter of ensuring men get to reproduce, it’s ensuring the offspring get the best care and upbringing from a family, and not just a female that got impregnated by a male

Yes it doesn't make sense but it's not supposed to make sense. It's only said to sound logical enough to justify not drafting women. That's simply how women debate.

Western society is not strictly monogamous. Cheating, multiple sexual partners, and having casual relationships is far too normal to suggest otherwise. Men and women are also not only “allowed” one partner. You can talk about marriage, which cool, but you can still have more than one partner. It’s not illegal to fuck or date multiple people.

Moot argument when no western society operates like this.

Even then, reproductive value would not be the same in a hypothetical society because this presumes that everybody is equally fertile. We already know this is not true. Society may also place a female at a higher “value” because the potentiality of maternal death actively affects the reproductive capability of society in the current, and future, at large far more than paternal death.

You're right about that. Monogamy places a limit on patriarchal power by evening out lineage success, as compared to polygyny (this is confirmed by Y-chromosomal haplogroup bottlenecks being a lot more common once agriculture emerged). Women will mostly be interested in men they look up to, which means the most successful. Monogamy makes the pool of available men a lot narrower, driving competition down.

Now that women are accessing the career ladder, finding a man who is superior to them to such a degree becomes exponentially harder as you go up. We have decided as a society that it's not ok to force them to the domestic life, which has undone the anti-competitive effect of monogamy.

The only outcome I see that doesn't involve restricting women's lives while also reversing gynocentrism is modifying our society's gender ratio. Using genetic engineering to alter this just sounds like a sci fi scenario, so I find it most likely to go back to how ancient societies solved this issue: war. It is no coincidence for the most polygamous societies to have also been the most violent, as their ratios make it easy for the surviving men to marry off more women.
