There was, back before the industrial revolution, an abundance of men who had a personality of ingenuity and social avoidance.

Most of these men would... pack-up and leave cities and towns to a more... bucolic scenery. Where their ingenuity would be appreciated. While others would go to more... violent professions... where their social avoidance would be welcomed.

They still are prominent in Brazil and I suppose they should be too in the west... but where did the majority of them go? Where are the men who would pick some wood and fabric and make a windmill to make cassava flour... so they wouldn't have to deal with the closest mill or town?

I mean, there are some who go to crimes and farming... but they should be the great majority... where is everyone?

I may have made a discovery, or I am just too drunk to make sense.

I made some anecdotal questioning and seen to find that women, I know of, have the exact same effect of sexlessness as men, it just takes a LONG while. More precisely it takes, 4-5 years of sexlessness for a sexually mature woman to feel the most obvious effects. Namely lack of energy and lack of focus.

It sparked a crazy hypothesis in my head, maybe both genders sex drive, is, in fact, the exact same thing. Women just have theirs stretched thin. But by how much exactly and how would I prove that?

There comes the "ticks of the clocks", the sexual hormones. Women's estrogen cycles between its highest and lowest peaks over the period of a month... (28d) give or take. While men's have the testosterone cycle in a period of a day, give or take.

So lets go to the math... lets say a woman is sexless for 4 years, she passed by around 48 cycles. The comparable experience for a man is 48 days or cycles in their testosterone... a month and a half is also more or less when I start feeling these same symptons by lack of sex. Which may be just coincidence but may make sense too.

And such hypothesis even explains the differences in priorities related to sex. Men quite literally have 30 times women's sex drive because their hormonal cycles are stuck in fast forward.

What do you guys think?

Only a few companies in the US are getting better, I don’t think there is a national maternity leave policy, much less paternity. It’s funny that Russia still has a year of leave, my mom got a year when I was born but that was back in SSR days. My brother was born here in the US and she only got one week..even after having a C section because she worked at a small company and her boss could do what he wanted.

People are acting like older men dating younger women means that the man has the upper hand, but in my experience, this is rarely the case. If anything, it is older men that tend to act like total fools for younger women. I have a lot of experience dating older men and I always felt like they needed me more than I needed them. I grant that this kind of relationship usually ends up becoming transactional though.

I am starting to understand how some of these guys got sucked into the manosphere, and their distorted and unrealistic views about women.

Quarantine, social media, and boredom is a reality killer. I actually started to believe all men were sex starved self servicing asses. Quarantine lifted and reality returned.

Sucks that my state is on lock down again.
