For the past few years I’ve been looking into ways to improve my chances in meeting a quality woman and nothing has been more frustrating than reading advice from women.

To be fair, some of the advice I’ve seen is decent, IE: Lean out, get muscle, dress better, etc. but it’s mostly been very common sense things that don’t really apply to my situation and has been said equally by men.

The contradictory/bad advice I’m specifically talking about is mostly WHERE to meet women, and whether or not it’s appropriate to even approach them in the first place.

I’ve seen so many women say that bars, clubs, cafés, book stores make good places to meet women but I’ve also equally seen women say that they don’t want to be approached in public regardless of the location, even if it’s at a bar.

My experience has only affirmed the latter, Although to be fair again, I don’t go to clubs, and I don’t regularly go to bars, but that’s only because I’m very invested in my physique/lifts and alcohol tends to be counterintuitive.

I’ve also seen some really ridiculous advice that’s just so unrealistic, silly, or random like “making your own community”, “Becoming a leader and standing out” and “Play a sport”.

At this point it’s just so tiring and confusing, is it really just pure sexual energy and how attractive you are? Specifically how attractive your immutable features are?
