Hi, great idea... and I've thought long and hard about my feelings towards this. I think I'll skip it. The thing is... if it's something that I'll feel bad about if I got caught, I don't want to do it.

Gives me a great idea. PUAs in training friend each other. When in need of fake social value, they send out messages to the others, and the people on the list will comment on their page, status, etc to make them look good. Online wingmen type of thing. Who's down?!

This is an interesting idea. I don't want to knock it cause getting girls jealous is a great tool and using facebook, unfortunately, is the right forum for this because girls cyber stalk, etc.

On the other hand, I gotta say facebook is a piece of shit. Holy fuck. It's a parade of bullshit and mindless parading of idiots. I feel like beating my head against a wall. Thank Google for creating a system where people can start segregating their groups and targeting their updates to the people who would care. Google is helping the world! (btw- I know that fb has something similar but I know from experience that no one is using it otherwise I wouldn't have to read mindless shit).

I've thought about this a couple of times before, as it's an easy way to up your social proof by large magnitudes.

However, I've always come to the conclusion that this is not how the whole thing should be approached. It gets too close to just calling up a prostitute or whatever. It's not as real as just getting out there and having fun.

It kind of feels like 'cheating' the game.

I just wouldn't get the same kick out of it, because I wouldn't have earned it in the sense that it takes so much less of you to do this.

Not to mention the huge factor of deception, treating chicks like objects, etc.

I'm disappointed by how many people have posted saying they support this.

The fact that you have enough time to think about this, do this, then discuss it here means you are doing this whole seduction thing wrong.

Of course this works well, it's called pre-selection, but when it catches up with you and girls realize that you aren't the guy that all these women are interested in (and they are good at catching it..that's basically their modus operandi with shit tests etc) you will fall.

Once these girls are added to your friend circle, you can ditch the fakes?
Is this how people end up with lots of quality friends? They just accept bad people and slowly get "just a bit better" friends with the established social proof and then ditch the "worst"?
Except they don't think as themselves as sociopaths because it happens naturally and they never reflect back and see that it's what they are doing?
So of course, people aren't creepy until you really think about it. It's only creepy if it happens rapidly instead of through the years, right?

edit: Actually I do. A lot of people have spoken about why this works and others on why this is bad for you, so if you're still on the fence about whether to do this or not, DONT FUCKING DO IT. Besides it being creepy as hell (which is something you don't want to associate yourself with, even in your own mind) - if people get wind of it, you're screwing yourself over in an unnecessary way.

Haha that's great, been doing this for a year, but I've quieted down a bit. I have three made up profiles: 2 females, and 1 (alpha) male. The ladies will always sweet talk me, and the guy will always back me up.

I've had sweet success, and a few minor issues. One big thing is that the ladies I've been hanging out with always wonder "why I have a picture with them, but not the two (fake) profiles who are so into me?

After a while I figured, the only thing this will do is cause headaches. So I made sure only a few people can see them like my boss, a few girls, etc...

Hahahaha I'm doing this at the moment. I created four or five fake beautiful girls and added myself, then I used these fake profiles to flirt with myself so my GF could see it. Why? She's showing little interest in me lately, so I thought I could make her worry just a bit if she saw that other girls where trying to catch me. It hasn't worked tan good for me, though. Until now I just got yells and screams :-S Anyway, nothing to be ashamed of, in my opinion.

I dont agree with lying or being dishonest but I think its pretty interesting how this works. I mean all it takes from a girl saying 'no' to 'yes, Ill go out with you' is the fact that you denied another girl. Maybe girls are just used to saying 'no' and it takes a little something special to get the 'yes'.

its counter productive OP, essentially the purpose of seduction is to generate positive feelings within yourself by setting and achieving goals, overcoming fears and inner obstacles and finally projecting the idyllic world for yourself as you see it. by doing something that you are clearly embarrassed about you are fooling no one but yourself and you short term gain will become your long term loss. if you are generating more insecurity (negativity) within yourself by taking a short cuts and doing something even you think is questionable you are really going in the opposite direction you want to go.
