Gigi and zayn have split?? And oh yeah don’t get me started on Kylie. The amount of teenagers I’ve seen and women in their early 20s saying they want to become mothers because of Kylie…. I’m like you’re comparing your life to someone who is 1% of the population. Kylie has several nannies, chefs, cleaners, personal assistants, bodyguards and drivers. She doesn’t have to do shit! And I’m sure she is a great mother I’m not talking about her as a mother, I’m talking about why she looks so rested and calm all the time. I don’t know if it’s because I’m childfree, but I always analyze when someone says they looooove being a parent. Their life is usually better than most people financially. Seeing regular people comparing themselves to one of the richest women alive is quite concerning to me. And don’t get me started on Travis. They will clearly not stay together. She just went back to him for a second child because Kris Jenner is serious about her daughters having the same baby father for all their children (I’ve seen her talking about this on the show). It’s all bad!

Whenever posts about celebrities or the rich pop up on FDS, I like to remind the community that these women play by different rules. They have money, support, and resources far beyond the average woman. If something goes bad, they'll be fine. Most women would not be.

Sure, a lot of celebrities and wealthy women are with terrible men, but they can afford to be. Most of us simply can't.

I've always had the impression that Zayn was NVM. He broke up with his fiancé by message and ghosted her. Started dating Gigi on and off and never proposed to her. Clearly she was much more invested in the relationship than he was. He seemed an obvious deadbeat man. Not long ago he got into a fight in a bar in NY. So this comes as no surprise to me.

Gigi showed staggering pick me behaviour and it's very unfortunate, but the result will never be different when you're dealing with a LVM. I feel for her daughter.

I think the only difference between women like Kylie and regular women is that the first ones have absolutely nothing to lose. Kylie could have a child at 16 and nothing would change, she is a billionaire. Her bad choices have little to no consequences in real world which results in bad, careless partner choices and no “need” for marriage.

Having a child with a man who isn’t worth it (and let’s not kid ourselves most aren’t) will ruin a (regular, not insanely privileged) women’s life even if she adores the children and is happy to be their mother. I have seen it countless times.

I hate it when people use Gigi Hadid as the epitome of 'dream girl' to prove that men will 'treat beautiful women right'. The "do you think he'd offer to take Gigi on a coffee date?" doesn't have the effect some may think.

It's a complete lie that men treat beautiful women right.

It has the effect of making women think they're ugly, and that's why they're being abused.

That if we just get good we'll be worth being treated right. Just become beautiful and then boom. doors open and men send over chocolate muffins. If that doesn't manifest, you're still too ugly. Keep working hard to unlock that basic decency and respect, sis.

That LVM are capable of love, respect, effort and kind treatment, but only for beautiful women.

That ugly women deserve abuse, neglect and walks in a forest.

That LVM have the right to abuse women they deem unattractive.

That a man's treatment of you is the final say on whether you're attractive or not.

That if women are abused by men, she's ugly. Because the only women men abuse are the ugly ones. I mean, why else would he do it? Must be her fault. Men are wonderful creatures and never just abuse for funsies.

My boss's boyfriend, who is the father of her 2 kids, is a teacher who constantly tells her that he'd love to become a SAH dad.

She's so smart in every other way, but I know that doesn't exclude one from falling for a LVM and his forever GF baby trap BS. I'm just glad that she is the one who can easily walk away at any second while he would be left worse off in literally every way imaginable. I think she thinks this is why she's fine with not being married to this loser but...unless she is just (hopefully) using him as cheap childcare, why even keep his loser ass around?

I honestly think that we cannot follow these women as an example because, when you have that kind of money, it’s a different perspective and world. Were I in Kyle’s shoes I wouldn’t want to marry that but just keep a man by my side however I wanted, and focus on my family and career. The amount on money and influence these people have is just ridiculous imo.

That being said, the whole “baby mama” culture does get more exposure because of them, so they’re partly at fault. Comes with the package of being such a big celebrity I guess 🤷🏻‍♀️

I do agree with you that if a man wants to change he will, though (I’m just pointing out that, in cases like these, maybe it’s the women that do no want to get married, which is a whole different story). I find it funny how the everyday dudebro goes like “yeah, if he can get a girl like Gigi, so can I!”… come back to reality and search within your range… level up yourself if you want to have better dates and get a better partner… put the effort!

Kylie Jenner is worth $800million to 1 billion while Travis scott is worth $50 million. It's more advantageous for her not to marry him and pay alimony.

Gigi and Zayn are of similar wealth, but we don't know how much of his wealth is in the US v UK (his home country).

If I had married my ex (who did propose), I would be paying alimony since I made 5X his income. I even bought a condo that would have become marital property.

Oprah has been with her man for decades and didn't marry him. It's such a wise move.

I am a lawyer and my family law friends always joke that rich women don't marry because they are smart. You rarely see rich businesswomen with 3 or 4 divorces and multiple alimony payments.

It's insulting to assume that women are always the low-earners in a relationship and they need to lock it down fast. A bad marriage can wreck a woman's finances. For those who ring up pre-nups, they are very rarely upheld by courts. It's simply not worth the risk.

I want to add that Yolanda Hadid is a disgusting stage-mom narcissist POS who (literally on camera) used to neg her daughters about their personalities & bodies to keep their self-esteem at a permanent low. This was done in order to assert her dominant role as their mom (necessary because she has always been seriously jealous of both of them) and to ensure their success in the modeling world. She has always urged both Gigi and Bella to starve themselves and to marry for money. She kept up a bad example by repeatedly marrying and then divorcing wealthy LVM herself, exposing her children to her own relationship problems and Real Housewives pseudo drama, oh and exaggerating (and creating!) multiple serious illnesses for attention and profit.

The point I’m trying to make here is that bad moms, narcissistic moms in particular, are for many of us one of the main reasons we don’t learn about the dangers of LVM early on and end up with them later. Creating EDs in your own daughter and constantly bullying and sometimes abusing her in even more disgusting ways is the way my mom made me feel so bad about myself that I thought the only way to fix my loneliness and self hatred was to find a guy as soon as possible— multiple guys who all ended up doing all the same stuff my parents did to me and then worse. Protect your daughters!! We will end up with negative value men if you aren’t careful.

It was obvious they will break up soon after childbirth, I remember myself telling this when I heard she’s pregnant

But for me her pregnancy was shocking enough to open my eyes on the fact that no matter how beautiful woman is she can end really bad with lv man, whole my life I was thinking that if I was beautiful enough men would treat me different, I would have great relationships and great life and I consider Gigi perfectly beautiful in the way I would like to look so when I heard about that stunning, that rich and that successful woman coerced to pregnancy being still just a girlfriend and just after multiple break ups just to be a miserable single mother with her health destroyed in a few months it was shocking, I thought men are capable of love if woman is beautiful enough so this all totally changed my way of thinking and this really rough example made me think that maybe it’s not my appearance only but more like men nature and I started looking differently on my own situation because I looked horrible when I met my now fiancé but he had always treated me good while “better” than me women are not

Being a forever girlfriend whilst having kids/sharing assets with a man is generally a bad idea UNLESS you make substantially more than the man. Kylie and Gigi have their own wealth and have more assets/wealth than the person they’re with, so it may actually make more sense for them to not get married. Rich, successful women have been screwed over financially in divorce (Britney, Mary J Blige, Adele, Kelly Clarkson), so it’s good to approach these things with caution and due dillgence.

When I heard they were getting a baby I just knew that Yolanda (most likely) would have been against it. She's always seemed like a helicopter parent, especially when it comes to her daughters careers, and not only that, she is the queen of securing the bag, so her daughter having a baby while not being married with a known drug addict who has a halted career must have been hell for her.
