Did you guys ever think that maybe women complained to him about him trying to pick them up when all they wanted to dance. If you've been in the game as long as you seem to have been then you are bound to have seemed creepy to some one. It is also true that women talk and if there are other regular girls they might see you as a pick up artist so before we start throwing around the idea that he is a fuck wad, ask yourself if you've ever creeped a girl out or something at this club. It doesn't make him right but it makes it understandable.

Talk to the general manager, he's the floor manager's boss. The floor manager is just an employee of the place anyway. If he knows you're cool, and you have the bartender's support, he might go ahead and fire the floor manager. If he was giving you shit, he's probably giving other people shit too and his conduct could be detrimental to the club. So you might be doing the club a favor.

Also, what you described is rare but not at all unheard of. A lot of guys have preconceptions about approaching women and there is nothing you can do about it. It's possible he is jealous or just white knighting.

This should be a wake-up call to you that something about the way you act in that place gives out a bad vibe. I doubt this is the first time the floor manager noticed you; nobody jumps straight to kicking somebody out unless there's a fight going on. Sounds to me like you had been pushing buttons for a while and it finally was too much.

For that matter, it might not have been the floor manager's call; maybe he was acting on a complaint from staff or patrons, and took the heat himself so you wouldn't go back on them.

There's something more too this story, and you better figure out what you're doing to draw such negative attention to yourself.

First, the bar staff knows you, they know what you're doing and they're probably talking about you, making fun of you or tired of you. Do you even spend a decent amount of money? Any club I bartended at we'd be sick of a soda sipper by the end of the night regardless if you were tipping on refills. It's obvious you're a predator and if you are a soda sipper like half the kids in here you have no value to the bar. The staff gets paid to pretend they like you. Ever go out with any of them On their days off? They buy you shots/drinks? Help you hook up with women?

Second, if you're pulling lots of beautiful women as you've claimed, why on earth are you constantly flying solo? Shouldn't you be out with o e of the countless beautiful women? To me that means you don't value their worth and that word gets around. Women would tell me if a creeper was in my bar and we'd keep an eye on the for harassing my guests. If you've been puli g tail like you claim to be, they are honestly aware of and sick of your shit.

either you moved around too many girl groups, so one of them complained when they spotted you on the move. They told him your moves said it was creepy and he kicked you out. Clubs don't want to lose women clubbers since too many guys turn up and then they leave the sausage party for other places. People like a mix even if they're out for picking up or just a social dance. Or as a promoter he creates a friendship with the women, offers them money off drinks etc just to get them in the club regular. So he might have wanted to protect his customers/friends or make show to them he's looking out for them 'look I throw out people so this place has a good crowd' and increasing their chance to return. In this case you got picked out.

Or like some creepy club staff they only went for the job as a way to pick up women. If you were successful every time you went, odds are you where hitting on girls he wanted to flirt with that evening. Might also explain why he spotted PUA stuff early, he might use it too or used throwing you out as a way to impress someone.

TL;DR you use same place too often and you annoyed someone who saw a pattern

A bar manager wants people having fun and drinking lots of booze. I mean, do you even know the bar staff? It's THEIR territory! It's NOT a public place. You have to concentrate on giving value first rather than just working on "warm-up sets" for your own benefit. If you're a regular!? and the manager doesn't like you, then you're a sleazeball.

I would probably have a word with you too if I saw you prancing around using canned material with no friends around you. Game or no game, it's still really creepy when guys are in a bar on their own with no good excuse and they are chatting up women.

Exceptions to the rule there of course being things like if you work there and have clocked off or if it's a bar and not a club.

Some quick questions and I'll give my advice.

How often do you go to this place? Weekly?

Do you frequent other places as well or is this your go-to spot?

When you show up and start opening to girls, is the club full or pretty empty? How easily could someone notice you and have nothing better to watch?

I ask this because if you went to the same place weekly, maybe more, and opened up on a few sets of girls while the club is pretty empty, it would be really easy for the floor manager to notice, and then make silly assumptions about what you're doing.

This could have been avoided by going to different venues, if possible, and you can still be chummy with the bartenders and such at this bar. I'm not saying you did anything wrong, but this is a perfect example of how perhaps you drew too much attention to yourself from the wrong people unintentionally.

This is especially applicable because it appears you are very active/aggressive with your approach (again, nothing wrong with that) which could make it seem like you are a creepy guy to the AFC floor manager who gets laughed at if he tries any sort of attraction building.

Also as an aside: do you have any friends that work for a lawfirm? < This i important because you can use their letterhead and email address.

Now, my advice:

I think you should write a strongly worded email to the general manager, and insist upon an in-person apology from the floor manager for his behavior.

Emphasize the following if true:

1) You are a paying customer who would refer people to this club because you thought it was a good venue, you tip well, you buy drinks, and you are friendly and respectable to people in the bar, both staff and customer. You have never caused a problem in this bar for anyone, nor have you been notified by the floor manager of any previous problems (he's the floor manager, it's his JOB to make sure that any problems in the establishment are solved, if you were a problem he should have told you earlier, not let it build up and then man-handle you). If you being too aggressive with girls is the issue, he could have come up to you and told you so before it became a huge problem.

2) You are extremely dissatisfied with the way that the floor manager handled the situation. You were dragged out of the club even though you weren't being belligerent, violent, or resistant. A verbal warning would have sufficed, but the floor manager went all-out and put you into a situation where you could have been injured (if a person I didn't recognize immediately grabbed me while I was just talking to someone, I and most other normal, calm people would assume we were getting attacked and react accordingly).

3) Because of these first two conditions, you are no longer going to recommend their venue and honestly express your level of dissatisfaction with any potential customers. Remind them that although you aren't filing a police report right now the actions of their floor manager were in fact illegal because you did not represent a physical threat to anyone, and by physically restraining you to remove you from the club the floor manager exceeded an appropriate level of force in dealing with the situation and potentially put paying customers at risk of injury for no good reason.

Now, here's where the letterhead/email from a friend in a lawfirm comes in.

State that because you did not represent a threat to anyone, the floor-manager's reactions were uncalled for, and you would like a sincere, face-to-face apology and an admission of fault.

That is all that you want, an apology.

Don't threaten them with any legal action, just state that you would like all further communications to be directed to your lawyer and give them the email address from your friend. CC the lawyer friend in the email.

I did this and got 1-year free admission to a nightclub.

Edit: It should be noted that none of this is worth it if there are other options, I'm assuming this is one of the few good venues in his area.

The other factor is probably exactly what you said. Guys without game come in with fat wallets, see beautiful women, proceed to get absolutely smashed, and their normal attempt with the ladies is to approach a group of them, smack their wallet on the table, and proceed to buy round after round of drinks.

PUA's start treating the place more like a playground, not about the alcohol, and drink sales go down (and real human interaction goes up). This is counterproductive to the dim lighting and excessively loud music and general ambience that they create in order to increase drink sales.

I'm gonna give this guy the benefit of a doubt and assume he wasn't doing anything not kosher. Not enough information to conclude definitively one way or another, but this sounds like jealous dick behavior, especially with nothing obvious to precipitate it and the appearance of a good rep.

Odds are the floor manager was bringing girls to his place so he could mack on them from a position of authority, and got raged when the bar's local PUA macked on them with a moot degree of success. The line about "girls should be approaching you" is total bullshit to pretty much any guy.

Bar managers can get super territorial, especially when they can't get laid outside their place... I can't stand guys who rely on crutches, despite us all having been that guy at one time or another.

If you're as tight with the staff as you say you are, word could also have gotten around, catalyzing ur little incident. I would get in touch with the GM, and soon before the dust settles. Tell him that he tried to manhandle you when it was clearly uncalled for/unnecessary (as you describe it), ranted at you about bullshit and basically behaved like a bully. Either he'll hear you out or he wont. But leading with that makes it clear that one of his employees is misbehaving and treating paying customers badly.

Edit: Were I in your shoes, I would have told him to get his fucking hands off me. As a bartender once upon a time, I can tell you, you don't lay hands on people unless the situation clearly calls for it, else lawsuit risk!

I think most of the people commenting in this thread are missing what really happened here. This is why you got kicked out: You hit on the floor manager's woman. It may have been his actual girlfriend, ex-girlfriend, or just some girl he's infatuated with. Either way, he's jealous because you tried to pick up some chick he considered to be his woman and it was working. Most likely, he probably just has the hots for some chick in the club who has been turning down his advances. Things reached a fever pitch that night (maybe they just had a fight, who knows), and when he saw you having success with her, he was filled with rage. Shit got personal for him and he acted like a jealous prick. You just blindly walked into someone else's fucked up love triangle and there was really nothing you could do about it.

A floor manager at a club sees skeezy guys hit on girls all night long. Obviously this wasn't about what you were doing, it was all about who you were doing it to. I'm not sure why everyone seems to be missing that obvious part of the scenario, but that's what it looks like to me.

Technically, a club, any club, is based on customer service. I would have a word with the GM ASAP. I say call him during down time. Let him know what happened and nicely tell him this shit is unacceptable. You have been a customer for a long time and enjoy going there. If you are friendly with him he will probably want to help you out. If not, fuck him. Take your business elsewhere. If you just show up in 2 weeks and try it again, things could take a turn for the worse.

But I gotta say, this is what happens when you use a scripted method and run a lot of "sets" in the same venue. Especially now that PU is more popular after that retarded TV show...

If it's working for you, cool. But maybe you are confident and calibrated enough to just use "hi" and maybe talk to the 1-2 girls you find the hottest. Also chill on the kino and have a more "regular" conversation. Other guys get laid this way, the transition to natural game may be the next step.

Your goal is to get this douche fired. Step 1 is a scathing yelp review where you call him out by name. This may not work, but some owners and managers monitor their reviews closely. Step two is to call during the day and ask to speak to the manager. Usually the higher ups don't want to be awake at a loud bar at 2 am. They deal with the business side, suppliers and such. State your case in a "I just wanted to let you know about a negative experience I had at your establishment. Step 3 is to branch out a bit. You've probably overfished that pond in the short run.

I'm not a PUA, but it seems to me like you forgot to disarm an obstacle. Not saying there weren't other factors involved or this was something you could foresee but it sounds like something that could have been preemptively avoided if you had you done something differently. From what I have read, you are perceived as a THREAT from the floor manager, now this may be in regards to the girls, the well being of the club, or his own personal insecurities. You could almost consider him the AMOG of the club that night, even if he is insecure he has power and authority there that you do not. We're only given the information you've told us from your perspective, but based on that you've got a few options, ranging from; Talking to his superior possibly getting him fired in addition to creating animosity with him, Going to a new club and expanding your horizons, Or gaming him (no homo) and turning him into an ally instead of an obstacle. Personally I would opt for the last option as you benefit from gaining a member of higher value for your social circle (his position holds value, not necessarily him) and it never hurts to make friends with more people. Who knows, maybe he has problems with getting girls and you could give him some pointers when you've won him over. Positivity generally gets a better response than negativity, just my non Seddit/PUA two cents though.

Haters gonna hate. I have a lot of experience in the restaurant and service industry and that guy made one of the biggest mistakes ever as a business owner.

Move on an find a better place, also share with your friends that they should not go there any more either and hit him in his wallet.

Your real options are:

a) Try to talk to the floor manager again and see if you can reach an agreement

b) Try to talk to his boss or his bosses boss. If a lot of employees can back you up - you're all clear.

c) Try to bribe the floor manager or his boss.

d) Switch avenues or switch to day game. The "best calibre" girls probably have something going on in their lives besides visiting that particular club.

e) Move to a better city

Your crappy options are:

a) Complain to /r/seduction about the how the cruel world is treating you

Um, that's assault. They can ask you to leave and call the police if you refuse, but they can't grab you by the neck and throw you out unless they are defending themselves or others against violence. (Specifics will vary by area, I assume.) Maybe bring this up politely if you speak to the GM.

Introduce this guy to the game. Show him to /r/seduction. Offer to wing and coach for him. This guy is obviously very jealous and if you let him in on what you are doing you make him and yourself both better men and you get a new wingman out of it and you don't lose your favorite hunting ground.
