This one has worked a ton of times for me. I wait until she's holding eye contact with me, and her eyes have a flirty or mischievous glint to them.

"If you keep looking at me like that, I'm going to kiss you"

I say this with a smirk or a sly grin. Don't rush it, say it confidently.

She will:

a.) Smile, look away, then look back and hold eye contact. Kiss her. b.) Smile and hold eye contact. Kiss her. c.) Say "Like what?" and smile and hold eye contact. Kiss her.

If she pretends like she doesn't hear it or says something unrelated, just act like nothing happened. Stay cool and move on in the conversation. You've lost no value and can try for the kiss again later that night.

If the girl speaks a language that you do not, you can always ask "How do you say 'kiss me' in (insert language here)?"

They will most always oblige to your request and when they answer just go for it. I think it is more exciting when you do not make any mention of a kiss like most people have posted already.

Pay attention to how close she is to you while you are talking to her. Inch your way closer get close to her face. If she leans back, back off. Leans closer, go for it. And what is the worst that can happen anyways? Fuck it!

I think you're looking for a line to ease you're anxiety. This is kind of like approaching a girl and asking what time it is - may work sometimes but demonstrates low value. Instead, don't give no fucks. Eye contact is key. Usually, if a girl wants to kiss, you can easily get her to keep talking about something while her mind is actually on kissing. Smile, keep eye contact, and slowly move in. The idea is to non-verbally communicate "uh huh, uh huh. Yea I hear ya but we both know we don't really give a shit about that thing on the news today"

There are only 3 answers she will say " yes" "no" and "maybe" If she says yes go for it If she says maybe you say " well, why don't we find out?" then you initiate and kiss her. I've used this incredibly lame technique plenty of time but it's always worked. If she sending signals that she's interested I'll say something like:

What would you think if I tried to kiss you right now?

Regardless of the answer you respond with "I wasn't asking if I could I just wanted to know what you would think"

If she answers negatively then move on with a new topic, if it's positive I break eye contact and turn away very briefly as if I wasn't actually interested then go for it.

Catches them a little by surprise but drives them fucking nuts.

Twice over the past two weeks when I've been talking to girls and they have said something jokingly insulting to me, I have responded by saying "Oh you don't really believe that about me, do you?". They have then reacted by feeling the need to apologise (they'll do that if they're interested) and I've responded with "well, how are you going to make it up to me?". Not a perfect formula and YMMV, but that's worked for me.

This also requires that you initiate a jokey setting where she might say something silly to/about you, which is never bad even if she doesn't say anything that sets this up.

1) Make your intentions clear through body language so it doesn't seem like you're doing it randomly (maintain eye contact, smile) and just do it that way, you don't need lines.

2) If you absolutely want a line to be sure, go for something like, 'I'm going to kiss you' or something along the lines of 'What would you do if I were to kiss you', and you'll probably get a vague answer which is your queue to reply with something corny like, 'let's find out', and go for it. But seriously, if you manage to do something corny and make it work, chances are you didn't need to do so in the first place.
