I don’t wonder how I got here; I don’t wonder my part in the divorce.

But shit, I don’t understand how they can become so immune to common sense and unable to have a conversation that isn’t solely based around emotion. I feel like as we men try to approach it from a logical stand point we’re just met with emotion and you can’t have a conversation against emotion.

I just keep handing over more and more, trying to weigh out the pros and cons in the long run, and the short run of just getting it over.

Every day I firmly believe more and more the institute of marriage does nothing for Men; at all. Maybe when it’s the right person it’s different and at this point I’m just jaded in the whole thing. But when it’s the wrong person, whether you stay together or it ends, it can be hell on earth.
