Pay stylists/go on reddit for male fashion and pick a few good outfits. Shell out a decent chunk of money for a complete make over. Even better: find a fashionable female friend and pay for her dinner in exchange for a day where you just go out shopping. Give her a budget and let her run wild. Women in general love fashion and to most of them this is the equivalent of going to a guy and saying "you can build your own video game/gun"

Talk to more people in general. Watch guys you think are "smooth" and repeat what they say roughly until you feel comfortable in continuing convos with your own words. Talk to absolutely everyone: women, guys, old people, cashiers, randoms, everyone. You got to normalise not putting beautiful women on a pedastal.

Tough shit. Just start leaving 10-15 minutes earlier if you know you're always 10-15 minutes late for example. Sorry there's no easy way round this. Or get used to not giving a fuck

Low self confidence is killer in everything. People with high self-confidence are more successful in every aspect of life, there's genuinely very few examples where low self confidence is a positive. Yes, it will feel unnatural if you're naturally low-confidence. For me, it was again, imitating guys I knew who just didn't give a fuck, until I internalised this mindset as well. What's the worst that could happen in any given situation? You talk to a girl and she rejects you? Ok, cool. Now you know. Great, thanks for your time. Bye. Onto the next. No use thinking about it again. You make a fool of yourself? Cool. No one's going to give a fuck more than 10 minutes after they saw you making a fool of yourself.

But also, getting a job. Should be your first priority. Women look for men who can provide in general, or even if they don't, a job is a sign that you can commit to something and work hard. Yes, people without jobs can also have relationships, but we're talking about exceptions. The rest of us do have jobs and that's a pre-requisite for 90% of women. It'll also give you FUNDS to pay for basically all of the above.

I'll be honest. I don't know how to advise you, specially about the autism and ADD stuff. All I know is that you have a long parth ahead to make a better life for yourself. So you definitely should start to do what you have to do the sooner as possible.

First of all, you need to lose weight and get healthy. Start going for long walks every single day. Start with 5k, but aim to walk at least 10k steps a day.

Improve your diet and start to eat whole food while avoiding junk the most as possible.

Eventually start some sort of resistance training to keep and improve your muscles. None of this needs to be changed overnight. Gradual change tends to work better and be more sustainable.

Take care of yoursel and your appearance and start it now. It's a skill that you devolp with practice through trial and error. Don't wait until you lose weight and get in shape to start to focusing on your style, hair, grooming and etc. Cultivate that habit now. That alone will already make a very positive impact on your self esteem.

Maybe go to therapy. If you don't like your therapist, change to another until you find one that you can connect and open up. Talk everything about this with them and find ways to live around your condition.

And you need to start to socialize and develop this skill. Nothing will really happens if you don't do this. It's mandatory. Don't create expectations about finding friends or girlfriends. Focus just on be a littre bit more social day by day. Baby steps everyday. Start with very simple things like just saying "hi" or "good morning" to people while you go on your walks.

Read posts on sites like Kill Your Inner Loser. From all the stuff you can find on the internet about these things, that site is what helped me the most. Watch or listen (while on your long walks) all the podcasts and videos from his YouTube channel.

Seriously this guy has changed my life. He also has coaching and already helped autistic men, 30+ virgin men and etc. I would hire his coaching if I could, but it's kinda expensive. Since you're from Sweden and have a higher purchasing power, maybe it would be easier for you to do than it's for me since I'm from a third world country.

But nonetheless, even if you don't do the coaching, just read the posts and listen to the videos. They help A LOT. Both on practical steps, and on mindsets.

I hope it can help you just as much as it has helped me.

Lastly, if you truly want to get laid the sooner as possible just to get that "never touched a woman" burden out of your shoulders and satiate that curiosity once and for all, hiring a good sex worker can help and be a really therapeutic experience. Specially if you're honest with them and communicate that you're virgin and inexperienced.

It's entirely your decision and this is something that can definitely potentially help. Just don't make that a habit (there's some videos about this on his channel as well by the way).

As people pointed out before i think loosing weight and working on yourself will go a looong way. :) Start with small goals. You could set the goal to go on a twenty minute walk tomorrow while listening to some music you like. I really like the „SMART“ method, i recommend looking it up on Google. When it comes to food, i personally find it easier to focus on what to eat than what not to eat. Maybe you could look up some nice healthy recipes and go grocery shopping for some healthier snacking options to swap out the candy with. I heard intermittent fasting works great for people. I was pursuing a girl that was clearly considering a relationship with me many years ago; I was overweight and it didn't happen. Months later she saw me at my target weight when I was already in a relationship, and she told me flat out that if I had been like that, she would have said yes. She did me a huge favor and made me see that it was the weight.

As for how I do it, just eat eggs and cheese in the morning, 1lb of lean meat at lunch with an avocado, 1/2lb of meat 6pm, and then just carbs at 8pm. So no carbs before 7pm; you will see how fat melts off at a steady rate. Be prepared for a year or two to drop 150; in that time work on improving yourself. I would recommend reading The Game by Neil Strauss, and then all the material he references in the book.

I think like many others self-improvement might be the best method at the moment to improve your situation!

A lot of people will probably tell you to eat in a deficit which can be hard especially with phrases like dieting. Personally it would be better to take smaller less drastic steps and build habits over time: a person with a larger BMI will find activities like jogging, stairs, and body weight exercises extremely strenuous which may lead to less follow through.

Instead doing weighted resistance training might be easier as you can use lower weights with higher reps aim to complete 6-32 reps with failure on the last. (I usually do 8-16 reps but there’s documentation that 6-32 reps will stimulate growth)

Otherwise swimming would be a wonderful form of exercise for you as it will encourage you to use your whole body and it’s a lot less strenuous starting out with usually a lower financial investment with pool memberships. (or free open water access)

Joining an activity based group may also be beneficial as you’ll better equip yourself for talking to people and be more motivated to exercise. Since you have autism and ADD I’d recommend seeing if you have a local HEMA or SCA club as that usually attracts a lot of people with the same neurodivergents.

I’d also try volunteering so you can get your foot in the door for a job.

Success with women is about developing a skill set. This requires practice. Here is what I would suggest.

First, realize this could become one of the greatest adventures of your life. The reason why is because you have so much to gain from it. You're like the skinny guy in the gym. You have the most to gain from improving.

I would start with health and fitness. Focus on getting in shape for the next year. Not much more to be said, except you don't need to be perfect. Just more in the normal range in terms of your body.

When you are ready, start to get social. See if you can find meetups of some kind or other activities you can get involved with. You want to learn to get good socially with people in general. Along the way, your inner beliefs need to shift and change. YOu have a negative mindset right now. You want to replace that, but you need positive reference experiences to get there. So focus on just interacting with people. Try to do this on the regular, at least 1-3 times per week go do something that involves other people.

If it helps, you may want to start seeing a therapist as you do this. Some can be of great help. Especially if you also have any eating disorders or normal social anxiety. Some therapists specialize in this.

After you get this far, save some money and hire a dating coach. You can pick online dating or going out to bars and doing cold approach. Truth is, going out to bars would just be an extension of what you are already doing if you got involved in activities. But, pick a coach. A good pickup coach can help you with online dating and cold approach.

But, start with fitness and getting involved in normal social activity. Start there and work on that for the next 12 months or so. Again, get a therapist if you need to.

You age isn't a problem. So, drop that negative belief. Guys in their 50s do well in this area. But, they have put in the milage.

And automatically, you will attract the right people into your life. Trust. Trust. Trust. Trust yourself.

Don't label yourself as something you don't want to be. Be kind to yourself. And have I said it already? Feel the pain.

Getting a job is pretty important because it helps to have money for dates and stuff. I would stress the weight thing, but I see some big guys with pretty ladies here and there, so I think it's more how you carry yourself.

Work on getting employed, get some style, practice conversation with some kind of friend? or a coach or something. I'm being serious because some big dudes can carry it well especially if they're fun to be around. Bonus points too if you're thick and strong. It's ok to be who you are now and it's ok to strive to improve yourself. It's ok to accept help from others and it's ok to be vulnerable.

Having high standards for yourself and feeling like you're falling short of them if causing you misery. I think this is why many people fall into Depression. And if this is your first Therapist try out another one, maybe of a different gender, you might not know if you're clicking with them well because you have no experience to compare them to.

This is a contrarian thought but your biochemistry is most likely all off which is potentially fixable but will significantly improve no matter what by fixing these things:

1) There’s many studies suggesting heavy metals specifically in the brain cause autism. This is most likely acquired through birth and medical interventions early in life (if you get what I mean), Look into natural detox this includes, liver flushes, parasite cleanses and most importantly niacin sauna protocol (look to Dan root for this part). This will likely dramatically reduce your autism symptoms and ADD.

2) look into books on self image like psychocybernetics and others that will retrain the way you look and feel about yourself.

3) (DON’T DO THIS STEP UNTIL STEP 1 IS COMPLETED) optimize your Testosterone and DHT (dihydrotestosterone) you can do this in natural ways or through pharmaceuticals but it can be done either way. Fixing this with combined getting in shape will dramatically boost your confidence in yourself not just because your self image improves but because DHT will change that as well.

Overall being where you’re at in life isn’t entirely your fault but in order to fix it you’ll need to take complete ownership and be dedicated for a year at minimum. If these steps are followed combined with the basics of adjusting yourself socially, building style, diet, friends, game, career etc I think a year or two you could be an unrecognizable person.

Mark Zuckerberg is a great example of this and behind closed doors he’s most likely implemented many of these things.

Work hard. Get lipo, skin surgery, and focus on a new persona. Lot if peopke are like "you can do it!" But sometimes it's easier to just use money.

I will say. Everyone in here is giving great advice. Working out and self promotion and building confidence is the ideal strategy, but sometimes you need a faster fix. I know what depression and self loathing feels like, and sometimes you need a "restart".

I strongly recommend you build yourself a routine of gym social activity and healthy eating, but it's not wrong to help get yourself back to a Gold starting point.

Surgery is expensive invasive and rough, but some of your words made you sound like you don't think it's worth living, it's always worth living man and if you need the hack to get there , that's ok.
