Assume she comes up with this standard for all men she’s dating, and she wants to at least eventually end up in a serious relationship. I pulled the options out of random answers from a post on the Dating sub. You’re looking for a relationship from these women, not a hookup.

Here are some sample options:

I can easily be ready on the first date. And I’m willing to wait up to three. But if I’m not feeling it by the first date, I likely never will. I’m only into a very specific kind of personality. And you can see that right off the bat. I don’t mind if we have sex and then I discover some dealbreaker later. Sex is not that big a deal to me in that sense. And on the other end, I want to have it quickly, because sex is very important to me. And I don’t want to waste my time falling for a bad lay.

Second date, first date is just a vibe & hygiene check lol

3-6 dates. Sex is an important dynamic in a relationship. If you wait 3 months or until you’re in a “committed relationship” and then don’t end up connecting on that level, you’ve just wasted months on something that was never going to work out anyways

On average I believe between the 3rd to 5th date. On average that is bare minimum 1-2 months of constant interaction and to me in 2 months you should have been on 3-5 dates (outings that require money being spent for food, drinks or entertainment) I did not include simple hangouts or chill sessions in this equation. By then there should be a level of trust and comfort in the person your planning to sleep with

Three months minimum when I was single, most men don’t wait that long and move on and that makes it easier for me to move on as well. Not having sex allows me to not get too attached with the wrong person. Sex confuses things, blurs your vision.

About 20-30 dates over the course of 3-5 months. If a man leaves before then & cannot commit, then he likely will be one that just thinks about sex too much rather than being able to communicate to achieve such great sex. I also see it as a red flag if he pushes for sex too soon. It means he definitely cannot stick around when life gets hard & we potentially cannot have sex at some point in time for some period of time (illness, children, etc.).

If I ever date again I plan waiting a good 6-8 months before sleeping with my partner. I have a lot of trauma and having a partner willing to respect that boundary is important to me. And if anyone thinks of that was "wasting time" then it tells me we aren't compatible right away- first because it implies that they're the type of person who believes in some magical level of sexual compatibility when it's really something that you're gonna have to put at least a little work towards, and second because I think wasting time is an inherently bullshit concept. Not being sexually compatible with someone doesn't mean the time I spent with them is worthless, the only way to live life without regrets is to not regret anything you do.
