That would have been my first suggestion as well - try to find a progressive Muslim who checks the "religion"-box for your parents, but who is more agnostic than anything else when it comes to his everyday life.

In my experience, in the West you're most likely to find that among Iranian expats. Dunno if Shiites are Muslim enough for you though.

Don't get me wrong, i feel like you are trying to help and i appreciate it. But to say i will look like that dude is ridiculous. He clearly has way bigger skull and better bone structure, and also way taller and wider. Not a chance i can grow my bones to look like that even with a century of lifting. Very true. They cling to the “incel is just another word for alt right hate-thinker basement dweller” idea tightly. Just the idea of a group that is fine with all races, sexualities, and other protected classes except for women is bone-chillingly scary to them. They need to hide behind intersectionality and shrink who can demographically be a potential incel to prevent the growth of the black pill. Same way they frame the black pill as “blaming” or “hating” women so that the average man, who by all means should have incel beliefs, will immediately dissociate with the word.

I represent the average incel any more than any dumb fakecel they come up with (a vice documentary I think had a fake incel). Just a genetically ugly guy acting in my best interest, like every other person and group does.

I think you were kind of kidding, but a lot of guys give up on themselves too early. You say you're post wall, but your picture says to me that you just decided to dress like everyone else around you (as you put it in your reply). Why do that? It's the crabs in a barrel phenomenon. You know if you went for an upgraded look, all your buddies would clamp a pincher on you and drag you back into the bucket.

I upgraded my appearance at work about a year ago and my boss (well, my former boss) still gives me shit for looking too nice at work. He says I have a shoe fetish because I bought a few pairs of nice shoes which I keep clean and shined. I got a promotion, sex with my wife has come roaring back, and I started getting a lot of attention from women at work. In fact, my new dilemma is getting out of these flirty situations at work that I got myself into back when I was hungry for attention.

I could lose weight, find another haircut and fix the acne. I'm on antibiotics for my acne cause it's cystic, it's not from lack of hygiene. I should lose weight too. Lots of women have found me attractive even as overweight as I am currently but my personality ruins it. I'm like a Teddy Bear to women because I'm so shy and quiet. That's my biggest issue side from not lifting. Also high standards, I'm into hot party girls/sporty types even though I'm neither of those things but I can't do much about it cause I like what I like.
