I'm a guy, so maybe I shouldn't be answering this, but I've had this issue before. The first time was when I was younger and it freaked me out... thinking that maybe I'm too small or something. I actaully sought medical help and found that I'm well above average. So, I simply dumped that lady and the issue went away. As I got older I found that it would happen again occaisionally, and I would just dump and move on. At this point I have a pretty good idea what the problem is. I'm circumscised and perhaps have a little less sensitivity than other guys... so when a woman has a very big vagina is tends to impact me a little more than most men. I avoid older caucasian women, and obese women and never have problems.

So for any guys like me, just know that it isn't your fault. Some women just are really big down there and need a super sensitive guy.

It probably would make me feel inadequate and insecure. It could be a deal breaker in the beginning of relationship too, but I know that it would be hard only because most men are physically able of cumming from PIV and this problem isn't common at all. If I dated a girl, I wouldn't worry about her inability to cum due to PIV only, as it's our anatomy.

I’d be hurt and insecure and turned off, but still willing to make it work with him by doing things like using my mouth. But this would make me very worried for the future, what happens if we want to have kids someday and he literally can’t inseminate? If the situation is never resolved after a large amount of time and effort, then eventually I could see it being a dealbreaker in the relationship.

I worked through the emotional impact and rationalising that it was nothing to do with me specifically. It's a issue in so far as sex would be better with it, but no one is perfect, he doesn't orgasm from any partnered activity.

In looking for a solution though he did start no fap which comes with it's own issues.

Well if he didn't like PIV at all that would be quite a downer. It wouldn't blame myself or anything. I'd just be disappointed that we couldn't mutually enjoy that activity.
