Wow the upvote/downvote on this post, people really don’t like MBTI. I don’t take it seriously, it’s just a bit of fun, even though it’s “astrology for people who think they’re too smart for astrology”. But astrology is also fun, and this is because I’m a Gemini with Scorpio rising, so of course I’d think that. 😛

I test INTP-A, which doesn’t surprise me because I’m also a turbo-nerd. 🤓

INTJ. I’ve never been too interested in men (more interested in books, haha- I have turned down many dates to read books I was excited about) but this sub has really opened my eyes to how malicious and callous a lot of men are. I previously thought a lot of men were just mediocre and incompetent (but comparatively harmless) and I didn’t want them in my life. This sub taught me to be more careful, because many men are not only mediocre and incompetent, but dangerous and deceptive. Of course there are HVM, like most of the men in my family, but now I’m much more cautious.

I suspected this community would be mainly Gamma Quadrant types (xNTJs and xSFPs) because Ni is more known as the "strategic"/future-oriented function and Fi is the more individualist one.

But I'm fairly surprised there's also a huge portion of NFs too. What drew some of you NFs here?

Infj-t ... and I recently met an entp... which they say is my most compatible match. The vetting was going well overall and the first date seemed fine, slightly boring because I was focusing and really trying to interview and observe, but then he pulled the slow fade and his effort nose dived off the cliff, and almost TWO full days had passed and he never responded to me.

I was hoping he was better. Of course I hoped he had a valid reason but I knew he just was looking for a lower effort cool girl. I slipped and sent him a text saying "haven't heard from you in two days and that's not the type of behavior I can accept. Good luck" he sent a paragraph so fast before I could actually block. I read it and he started gaslightjng me, throwing a tantrum about how im the bad guy I didn't double text him and chase him, giving excuses for himself, and implying I'm crazy because "thats really all it takes for you to just dip? Over a stupid text because I was busy?!" Obviously I didn't reply and hit block before he could say anything else.

Genuinely bummed out. Definitely not texting anyone again it's just gonna be an immediate block after 24 hours of no response.

INTJ. It does not surprise me. In my daily life, I always solve problems by strictly analyzing a sequence of events, assessing errors and applying theories to the specific cases. I tend to focus on finding the root of the issues and coming up with solutions that are simple enough for noobies to execute. A lot of people I work with have commented on how logically clear and constructive my advice is.

However, I am not good at dealing with people in general. I don't like to continue a derailed conversation even if it is part of the socialization. I am very stubborn with my own opinions unless other people are able to convince me with their excellent reasoning skills and facts (which is rare). I lose patience very quickly to people who are hopelessly stupid. In terms of feelings, I can think over the reason why people show strong emotions and determine if their feelings are justified. But I do not have the talent to resonate with them, or bring them out of the emotional distress by saying something "heart touching".

I just took the test and found that I'm a INFJ-T, which is very accurate, especially the part about seeking authentic relationships and being very reserved about opening up to people.
