I've made a short 5 minute survey regarding the self improvement habits and motivations of PPD users. here is the link.

My GF and I started watching the crime drama Reacher last night. The main character is supposed to be 6'5" 250 pounds of solid muscle. He's played by actor Alan Ritchson who only 6'2" and obviously used a shit load of steroids to get into character. Camera angles are used to give him the three inches he lacks. Anyway, my GF thinks he's super hot. So now I have to compete with a chemically enhanced special effect enlarged monster. Just when you thought female standards couldn't get any higher.

I have a photoshoot scheduled for a week from today. I am a bit leaner since my last set of HQ photos (taken in 2019), and I got some minor surgery to fix a facial flaw. Fashion is about the same.

I'm curious to see how my OLD results change but it won't be apples-to-apples since I am older and the market is different post-Covid (much more high-volume, high flake than before).

Husband wants a 3some before his 40th birthday, I'm trying to convince him to hire a pro but he has a very old school mindset towards working girls. (crackheads, CSA victims, and the johns are sexless losers/creeps).

I'm tryna lose like 5 lbs, and counting calories is kind of fun. The apps have huge data bases of nearly every food sold in stores and served in restaurants. There's a small satisfaction to find exactly what you are looking for. I just find it fascinating to compare the nutrition facts of the foods I eat during the day.

I think the way to combat feelings of loneliness, FOMO, and feeling like a loser in general is to find something you’re really passionate about and spend your time and energy on it. That way if you feel like a loser you can tell yourself “oh yeah could a loser do this” or “I might die alone but I’m gonna do all this cool shit before I do”.

Also remember that other people’s lives aren’t usually as good as you think they are.
