I think for a woman it's more about creating the mood and atmosphere rather than about beautifying yourself and how you can do it differs greatly. To put it short - romance her.

I guess the most common "script" is just go out on a date. As her husband you should know what she likes. Whether she's into fancy dining, cozy evening in front of the fireplace, a good comedy, active sport etc. just do what she's into and what usually helps to create the mood. It doesn't have to be a surprise, as waiting for something pleasant is a good thing in itself and it helps with getting into the mood even before your date starts.

Also knowing what "hits" her is a good thing. It might be gentle whispering into her ear, kissing her neck, even just grabbing her ass/breast if she's into it etc.

But if you want to discuss particularly physical attractiveness, I guess the list is rather short:

Simply put, men have less options outside of surgery to fake attractiveness than women do.

Makeup CHANGES THE GAME for women. Heels, pushup bras, hair extensions, men do not have the same things. Here's what men have.

- Chelsea Boots, or any minimal heel elevating shoe/boot (1-2 inches max tbh)

- Well tailored shirts/suits.

- Muscular/Strong/Vascular.

- Being BALLSY!

The last 2 points are kind of cheating because it is a personality trait, but it is probably the ONLY personality traitd that can "makeup" for physical attributes and AROUSE women. Women aren't aroused by nice guys, selfish guys, neg guys.

Physically fit helps. It helps a lot for men. It may be one of the most significant contributory factors to men becoming more appealing to the opposite sex.

The issue is behaviour is also a signficant factor when it comes to the opposite sex. If you can't turn her on, then you're going to struggle. Problem is though, society seems more gynocentric than ever and the kind of behaviours women expect from a muscular male (arrogance, disagreeableness, dominance) have become more frowned upon by wider society. Probably varies depending on the woman. Things that work particularly well for me with my husband:

When my husband wants to look sexy for me when we go out, he likes to wear light colored pants that are a bit snug with no underwear and a snug shirt. If we are just at home he might wear some grey sweatpants with no underwear or some sexy boxers I got him, and no shirt. He also shaves his head, trims his beard, and shaves his pubes.

Makeup is not arousing to me, he doesn’t get turned on if I wear makeup either. We don’t like perfume either, but we shower and smell nice from that. Most perfumes cause me to not be able to breath so it would be a turn off, but using nice smelling soap is good.

I honestly don’t know what you mean by “creating a safe environment” or “caring about her feelings”. And if I didn’t feel safe with him I definitely would never be with him, what on earth would he actively have to do to “create a safe environment” when he wants to be sexy?
