What are some fundamentals for a guy that is "low energy?" I'm a funny guy, pretty smart, and I'm social when I engage as well. I just don't get as intense or invested as some people though. Is this something I can work with, or is this just a symptom of being afc?

How does one become socially calibrated? I've come to realize my main problem when communicating with women and people in general is I am socially retarded. I unconsciously talk about negative things in conversations and make fun of people (I don't mean it in a mean way but it comes across that way). How do I become more socially calibrated and not go full retard in social situations?

What's the key things in adjusting to (fairly suddenly) being much more handsome?

Girls of a certain kind, who wouldn't consider me before, are giving me looks now (working out, some small but important changes to hair/fashion/social skills). It's popular in this subreddit saying you should not watch for IOIs, but i think IOIs need to be used for calibration. For example if you squeeze girls hand and she wont return that squeeze, or when you play with her fingers but she won't in return play with your fingers but allow you to do so, am i right i should not escalate more and instead need to calibrate or i should ignore this and continue to escalate?

I have been hanging out with a new group of friends lately. Have seen this one girl maybe three or four times. We have pregamed at my place and have been to clubs and bars together and have seen each other in uni a few times. I have been unintentionally negging her quite a bit and the other night standing in line for the club she looked at me after a light hearted joke I made at her expense and said something like "I know that you like me, x". In the club we were dancing next ot each other but not with each other, she always was sipping on my drinks though and also bought me a shot after I told her she drank half of my vodka red bull. A few days later after giving her a hard time about her drinking up my expensive drinks she gave me a playful punch telling me to stop teasing her. Not sure if I'm legitimately upsetting her or if she is interested.

How do I deal with being "tired" all of the time?

Every time I go out with friends I am practically falling asleep in my chair by 2am. I just don't feel like I have the energy to go out and get crazy. I've tried drinking coffee and whatnot, but it makes me feel unhealthy and doesn't last long.

Another question. I seem to have a problem keeping my interactions safe. I've been trying to get myself on the mentality of getting rejected just so I can prove to myself that I'm not keeping my interactions safe as well as getting myself over the feeling of being rejected.

I'm pretty decent at talking to girls. What I'm not very good at is approaching someone that I've made positive eye contact with...especially in a social setting like a hookah lounge or party. So my problem would be the initial approach. Also, how do you appeoach that person they are in a group? Say perhaps 4 friends. I'm not trying to get a girl just to get laid, I'd rather have that once I have a good relationship going for a while. My main problem is communication/conversations with girls I'm attracted to. A few months back, someone made a really good comment on how to kiss. Until that comment I couldn't get my mind around how one kisses, but I didn't save the comment that time, so I'm wondering if anyone have it saved or recognizes it.
