What do you count as “promiscuous”?? And why exactly would it mean someone doesn’t take me seriously? Are men taken seriously even when they like to fuck?

I’ve had casual sex and never had any boyfriends complain about that tbh, I think the men I dated rather liked that I was generally horny and really into sex. My husband certainly never expressed an issue with “taking me seriously” that I’ve noticed, and he definitely isn’t ashamed to be seen with me, more like the opposite.

I guess the answer is I just wouldn’t date men who had whatever problem with people fucking that you have is. I like more chill guys who aren’t quite as uptight.

The thing is you don’t really even have to tell anyone about your past if you don’t want to… like you can just walk away from it and be someone new one day… no one is keeping track but you.

Honestly hook ups are somewhat common for all genders at some point in adult life. Not everyone does it but it happens. It doesn’t have to mean anything about you as a person. We all do things that don’t really feel like the right choice for ourselves. We know who we are inside.

The guys I’ve dated have led similar lifestyles as myself, and so it was never an issue. Guys who party and have had a decent number of past partners typically aren’t concerned with body counts. I mean, sure, many aren’t going to want to date sex workers or women with super promiscuous backgrounds, but if you’re just talking about an average woman who’s had a bit of experience, those guys don’t care. That’s been my experience at least.

I have a promiscuous past because: I like and enjoy sex. And my husband enjoys that about me. He loves that I'm open for a lot, know what I like and have experience in pleasing others. He had relationships before me but wasn't promiscuous. He is more of a "sex only inside of a commitment relationship" kind of guy. He takes me serious and treats me amazing. It's been 6 years so far and he has never complained about my past. We compared notes and he knows what he's gotten into. He grew up in a more traditional conservative area and when he mentioned at some point to his mates that I'm bisexual they were basically going nuts over how good he has it and how lucky he are. Most of them are married too.

Surprisingly the older men get the more they wish they are with women who are into sex. Because people that like sex will have sex.
