I went through and am in some ways still going through what you're describing, most women today just seem like absolute trash, but if i can offer any tips its this: It sounds like you're looking for women in the wrong places. If all you're out for is an easy fuck then by all means hit up the clubs, but you are never - ever - going to form a decent LTR with a nice enough girl by grinding on her in some drunken stupor.

Despite the immense cynicism of a lot of people on this sub, there really are decent girls out there that are worth your time, you often have to look in different places. Beyond just meeting girls in different settings though, also consider dating girls from different cultures. It's a lot of work. I don't feel like doing it. Sometimes I feel like I do everything right but it just doesn't work out. I stop caring, move on and do what I was doing before. I think a key thing you said there was that you look and think without actually meeting her. A lot of people do the whole shallow thing at the start of relationships for a while to protect themselves.

In all seriousness I find it hard for myself to stay interested in pursuing girls, at least when it's mostly sexual. I'm not the type of guy to get a huge thrill and validation from bagging a bunch of different girls. It's starting to feel like most of the girls I meet I think "yeah, I already know you", and while I obviously enjoy getting laid, most of the time the effort doesn't feel like its worth the payout.

I think if I can do anything to better myself it would be to make pursuing girls as strong a part of my life as going to the gym and brushing my teeth twice a day. I don't have problems getting with girls but it feels like a big energy output most of the time without getting a whole lot back. I love women but I think that when you have to jump through 100 hoops and pass shit test after shit test just to get some pussy it starts to wear on you, even when you're good at it and you're successful most of the time.
