My friend was living with her dad until she was around 27. Her dad literally went to vacation to Russia and it was there that he decided to married a 21 year old. Ok the way she brought up the height thing is...😬...idk. I'm not quite as tall as the daughter but I'm tall enough where I've learned that there's a very specific type of pickme who have convinced themselves that we (average height and taller women) disapprove of them because they are small. They have this idea in their heads that we're secretly comparing them to children and that we're jealous of how tiny they are. It's a reaaalllllllly weird shared fantasy. And if you trace it back it almost always comes from LVM triangulating behind the scenes. It makes me suspect that the dad convinced her that the daughter has a problem with her size 🙄 which can be used to manipulate her (since it's silly) and paint the daughter as a bitter weird person. So when the daughter voices that she has a problem with the AGE GAP (a legitimate concern) the pickme victim will be more likely to dismiss her opinion because she's been conditioned to believe that the daughter is just jealous. I don't know if I'm making sense. But, normal women do not equate petite with childlike. It's. Extremely. Weird. To do that. Adult women are adults, it doesn't matter how short they are. I’m not even the daughter’s age and yet people who are just a few years younger than me seem like children to me. My mom sometimes refers to 30-somethings as “kids,” and I get why. To a healthy adult, when someone is under a certain age, they look really young, and you would feel gross to date them. A 45 year old man under normal circumstances should view a 19 year old as a child in comparison. She should look so young that the thought of dating her, let alone having sex with her, should seem repulsive.

I’m old and this happens a lot. I have a 50 year old coworker who just married a 25 year old. The woman that leads my divorce care class her husband left her for one of her kids friends. A divorced father of my kids friends continues to date women 25 years younger than him. I don’t know who my husbands side piece is but in my mind I imagine she’s young.

IN all honesty it's so creepy but a lot of LVM treat their daughters almost like a wife or ex wife.
