Like what?

This mostly happens in day-to-day situations, and before I met my HV partner.

I'm a 6ft tall woman, and I get it, I'm tall, I have had so many encounters where I tell shorter men how tall I am, and they automatically deflect and say things like "that's not right, I'm (insert height here) so you must be like 6'5!!!"

Uh, no hun, I'm sorry that you feel insecure, but I'm 6ft and not a centimetre taller.

What the hell, I never realised how offen this happens until recently, what is this all about? How are you gonna stand there, clearly much shorter than me, and have the audacity to say you're 6ft tall, so I must be much taller??? I'm so baffled by men and their psychology lol.
