As someone who’s done a ton of research on infidelity, it’s not even remotely accurate. My LV ex sure didn’t cheat for “biological urges.” A whole lot of men’s infidelity is based on opportunity, weak/insecure egos (since they get ego kibbles from their affair partners), and straight up entitlement. Not that I would agree with the man who made this post anyway, but the research on infidelity doesn’t support the “biology” theory at all. So stupid.

Well, I let it slide the first two times under the excuse it was an addiction. Actually, it was the first 2 rounds. As in, periods of time when he slept with only God knows how many hookers. And while that destroyed me, my soul, my trust, my belief in my own worth and my ability to believe i was enough, it taught him that he could get away with it, if he just lied better and gaslit me more. The third round saw me out the door but he couldn't believe it. He actually expected me to keep him propped up emotionally because he couldn't handle the guilt and exposure. How I felt didn't matter.
