They couldn’t find evidence that he worked against her best interest financially BUT it looks like the judge can see clear evidence that the entire conservatorship is against her best interest. Brittany then filed to repeal the entire conservatorship

At least it’s out in the open now. All that’s necessary for these abuses to flourish is for them to continue to be hidden. For years I don’t think most people knew she was in a conservatorship. Now that it’s front page news, even though she didn’t become free at this juncture, she has a better chance of becoming free very soon, and her father as well as the judges are going to be a lot more circumspect because they don’t wanna get caught with their hands in the cookie jar.

The courts are doing what they always do, which is keep people there until their money has been transferred to the court’s players’ pockets. Once she’s broke, they’ll let her go. Or her dad will lose interest.

But they’re closing ranks again, to ensure they can’t be held accountable by those they are supposed to serve.

The court system makes American police look like nuns. The courts just hide it a lot better.

I don’t think the petition has been filed yet, so I don’t see how it could’ve been denied. Next hearing is July 14. I don’t know what source this is, but I think the writer misunderstood.

I don't understand why there is even a conservatorship. Is it because Britney shaved her head and went after the paparazzi with an umbrella? So what, lots of people have meltdowns. This reeks of golddigging by her family and anyone associated with her. And she is not allowed to take out her IUD? WTAF is this?? How can this even be happening? I pray she can regain control over her own life.
