As terrifying as this is, I think the tide is starting to turn. So many gen Z women are smart as whips and they are waking up and calling out the normalization of pedophilia and porn and prostitution. FDS is growing like crazy on a very Male dominated, misogynistic platform, and even subs like 2X aren't as dogmatically libfem as they used to be. All the rights we currently have were secured through the tireless, tenacious work of our foremothers and grandmothers. If they did it, so can we. The more we speak out, the more we refuse to stand down, the more we give other women courage to hold the line as well.

Faked child porn (more accurately characterized as depictions of child sexual abuse. These are images of crime scenes) is already illegal in the US. This is incredibly important because it means that LE does not need to prove that there was an actual child in the imagery. This is not the case in many European countries where deepfakes of child sexual abuse are legal. Second, these laws allow LE to trap men looking for child abuse content using these deepfakes.

It's happening and it's absolutely sickening, depraved, and evil. There is already a movement to re-label pedophiles as "Minor Attracted Persons" (MAPs) and treat it as another orientation and say there is no shame/culpability for those who have this orientation.

Did your reading indicate anything we can do to fight back against this pervasive evil? Obviously calling it out whenever/wherever we see it and refusing to associate with known perpetrators and their supporters is step one but what else can we do to protect the children?

It was women who fought for the age of consent to be increased basically everywhere. Correct me if I'm wrong but in the US, the first time black and white women came together as a political class, it was to increase the age of consent to 21 (failed) when at the time it was between 7 to 12 years old for girls.

Look at all the places where women have no say whatsoever: men can ~~marry~~ legally rape little girls as young as six.

I wanted to add to this. There are a few things happening simultaneously right now that are heading in this direction. The people involved are part of the same circles (left wing woke)

There are people who call themselves MAPs. It stands for “minor attracted person”. They’re trying to get MAP added to LGBT+++++. While most people are currently disgusted with them, they do have support from some wokes.

There is this really disturbing genre of porn. Kids go on puberty blockers, and then they put off going on cross-sex hormones. This results in 18 year olds (legal adults) with the bodies of prepubescent children. There is a genre of porn with these people performing. Obv the consumers are pedos.
There has already been a concerted effort to take rights away for parents and give children the right to consent to things such as puberty blockers and hormones. This is the first step. Slowly there will be more and more things that children will be allowed to “consent” to.
People are trying to make “kink-shaming” a thing akin to being racist or sexist. Basically the idea is that everyone is allowed to have any kink they want, and if you shame them for it, you’re a bigot. This is how they start to normalize disturbing practices. The truth is that shame serves a purpose in society. There is a reason why people who get turned on by wearing diapers and pacifiers used to keep it under wraps, but now feel comfortable to be out and proud.

Just want to point out that most far-left spaces are very vocally anti-porn. But, like radical feminists, far-left leaning people are shamed and called "communists".

I don't think this is a "left vs right" issue as much as it is "men vs women".
