They've been pushing this crap for years, but now that more information comes out, we learn that women elementary school teachers, expect to get paid the same as a male ENGINEER. Women and men do not take the same jobs, and as such do not get paid the same when you view it "accross the board", however in the same industries, women make about 97% of what men do. A little low?
