I was a 36 year old blue pilled-kissless-virgin.

The way I see the redpill is it's like staring directly at the sun. It's all true, but best to look at it rarely and indirectly or you will fry your eyes/brain.

The most important thing redpill/manosphere ideology did for me is to make me comfortable being hated. As a bluepilled virgin I was terrified of being judged, or of making anybody uncomfortable. As soon as I got rid of this complex my life radically improved. But it wasn't easy; it did require a kind of "pill" or "program"; it required exposure-therapy for being judged and hated and labeled. I used to listen to leftist/progressive podcasts, and to my past self, or the audience/hosts in this subculture, my transformation would have been almost beyond parody. Literally I just had to try being a bit racist and sexist and suddenly I was getting more matches on dating apps.

About 2 years has passed. My "body count" is 3, and I'm in a LTR with my girlfriend who lives with me and I'm pretty happy. Sex isnt everything but we have sex almost every day.

In my early 20/ was honestly pretty clueless about dating and how women reacted to certain behaviors. Early manosphere content helped open my eyes to some dynamics I hadn’t thought about before. Because of that, I do think it contributed to some of my earlier success.

Being aware of certain behaviors you naturally possess and how they are perceived by women is invaluable at a young age.

Some pushback on things discussed in red pill spaces are framed as “ just common sense,” but I don’t really think that’s true. It only seems like common sense if you were socialized in environments where you naturally saw those dynamics play out. Some guys grow up around a lot of mixed social groups and pick up on how men and women interact just by being around it. But if you’re the kind of dude who was more analytical/ introverted growing up; maybe you spent more time reading, playing video games or learning a bunch of musical instruments you probably didn’t get that kind of exposure. In these cases, a lot of those social dynamics aren’t obvious, and the only way you end up understanding them is by reading about them or hearing other people explain them. Schools don’t really teach that kind of stuff, so for some people the internet ends up being the place where they first start learning about those dynamics. Hell, For a lot of guys, the ONLY way for them to get anything is to be laid out in text and analyze it to oblivion. For better of for worse, Redpill content was perfect for that.

Indirectly. Thanks to the manosphere, I found important blackpill channels like DBDR and Rehab Room. I also took an interest in evolutionary psychology, and now understand the evolutionary basis for many human experiences, like love, lust, limerence, jealousy, anger, envy, guilt etc. My dating life has improved now that I understand the basis for these things.

In the past, I was confused by why women were so hypergamous and came to resent this part about them deeply. Now that I understand why they do this, it no longer upsets me, I accept it as a law of nature and try to play around it. This is analogous to a person who is angry that it rains, but then later learns how rain works and then invents things like umbrellas and weather forecasting to deal with it. So this has improved my dating life significantly, and now I am able to work on myself and grind the things which are necessary to attract women without resenting them, and also analyze their behavior from an evolutionary perspective, also without judgment or resentment.

OK now to answer your specific questions:

The big shift for me was the idea that women actually wanted to have sex. I saw sex as transactional and something that women didn't truly desire (mainly because that's the way it always was for me up until then). I remember seeing some improvement on my body after going to the gym, which gave me the first strands of confidence in myself.

I also remember noticing flirtatious energy and re-framing it as actual attraction rather than awkward nervousness on the girl's part. The biggest "technique" I would say was simply shooting my shot and asking for what I wanted.

Did these techniques result in one night stands, FWB situations, or long term relationships?

All of the above. If you can get a ONS, you have a plate. If you have a plate, you can instantly evolve her into a LTR at any time if you should choose to. Otherwise just press B repeatedly after sex and she stays a FWB.

Yes I start to have better results as soon I changed to an avoidant , texting way less .. taking more time between meetings leaving some mystery , dispersing my energy between more women when dating , noticing shit tests by women , and understanding how often women lie when making excuses for flaking dates , dump you ( the I like you but ) etc

"Manosphere"? I dunno what you count in that but TRP itself resulted in me going from literally never having had a girl, being a kissless virgin at 18, to being able to get them at will.

Some small parts of it I disagree with, but it's supplemental knowledge regarding mindset and LTRs specifically.

What techniques? There's no "techniques" unless you count stuff such as push/pull, passing shit tests, and holding frame "techniques", when they're parts of human interaction everyone does, TRP just verbalized them in a way that made it obvious to me as an autist.

And I would definitely count the TRP influenced relationships to be satisfactory. Anything is in comparison to the 0 I had before. It's just not the entire truth, like I said above. Using some supplemental info (from sources which would definitely fall under "manosphere") I am in an almost 2 years long LTR with the most beautiful girl I know irl, and the relationship is healthier than any I have ever seen.

I was 23 then (so 5-6 years ago), and i started watching this partly out of boredom, partly out of just being dumped by my first serious girlfriend (the way i got into this relationship was, after introspection, really fucking evil).

I watched videos/read blogs on how to deal with my own problems, but also how to appear more calm, stoic, serious. I added to it changing how i dress, how to groom myself better. I wasn't some slob before that, but i learned that i could do way better.

On top of that i started reading/watching stuff about how women "operate", how they act. Part of it sounded like bullshit to me, part was more or less what i already saw, but i decided to, for some time, assume it's all true (after all, i hadn't anything to loose). With that came the advices on how to act accordingly.

This all came down two relationships and big uptick in my self esteem and self respect. Unfortunately this also showed me i'm not built for 100% red pill, because it's just not me.

So i ended up as what is here described as purple pill, because i definitely see the value in red pill (not today's grifter side tho, i don't watch Tate, FnF or any other "alpha bros"), but i just can't shake my more blue pilled hopes, and am stuck in this weird limbo.

Yes I was following these principles long before I discovered such content about 2 years ago. I'm 33 for context. High double digit body count.

For example, I never try to be friends with a woman. Always state my romantic intentions from the outset. Compliment her looks first. Primarily talk about dating/sex on the first date and not make it like an interview. Just tell her fun stories and make her laugh.

I can't remember the last time I bought a proper sit down dinner without first having sex with a new partner. Just drinks and conversation at a dive bar.

The Manosphere is more about learning how to not get burned by women and by the system as a whole. I first started to look into the red pill when I was 13 when I was just frustrated as hell at how the girls were changing. Why the fuck were they suddenly into all this fucking meaningless drama, why the fuck did they all talk so fucking fast and enthusiastically as if talking = breathing to them? Why the crazy ass mood changes and emotionalism all of a sudden. Why the fuck was it so fucking super important that jenny said "a thing" about Suzie and why in the fuck was I getting mean mugged for talking to the wrong bitch during PE. It drove me fucking insane how girls operate. It's like they thrive on instigating shit, inventing conflict, stirring up bullshit, and then prioritize the most meaningless shit in the world as if it's life or death stuff while completely fucking ignoring actual life and death issues as if these aren't important.

The manosphere has helped me better understand women's chaotic, emotional, irrational, shit testy, frustrating, and exasperating nature. It makes women's chaos predictable and manageable by sharing information about why and how they act the way they do, how they truly think and what they truly prioritize. It snatches off the rose colored lenses and shows women's true drives and motivations and why they need to be so deceptive and how their deceptions work so that we can see through their bullshit.

I have never needed the manosphere to "get girls" but it did save me from a lot of their scheming that I had never understood before. The more I understand women the less mentally/emotionally attracted I become and the more I start to resent my attraction to them and see it more as a fucking flaw like being an addict or disabled in some way.

Women hate the manosphere because it exposes just how fucking creepy, sneaky, and naturally toxic women are as a matter of course at their core. Honestly, knowing the reason why women find me attractive is actually creepy as fucking hell to me now, and whenever women think I would make a "good husband" it's actually extremely fucking degrading and insulting, and they cannot comprehend how believing I am a fucking tool for them isn't an insult.

No. I’ve always been a sex addict, but the blackpill is probably more accurate for how women will treat you, assuming you have a passable body type.

The red pill, to me, just says “Girls will be mean to you if they don’t like you. They’ll sleep with you if they like you.” Red pill incels call women who want to sleep with them “Becky”, and women who don’t want them “Stacy”, but with online dating, it’s easy to prove that “Stacy” will be nice to “Chad”.

If you can’t at least sleep around with financially independent “Becky” types, then you’ve probably failed at dating, at least by red pill standards. Tinder kind of forces guys to prefer women who are “easy” for them. You’re probably a huge loser as a woman if you can’t find a decent guy on Tinder. The addition of online dating makes it nearly impossible for any woman to be an incel, increasing the need for guys to “try harder” in dating.

Shoutout to a guy called zherka, his old content got me laid at least twice, I didn't realize that women react favorably to people who are a little abrasive, some of my friends would talk down to me around women and I thought shed pick the one who was nice to his friends and who was pacifist but you need to show your strength and it works even if its cringe cocky behavior, you can get girls by being loud and confident and its best to get them that way it seems, me as the silent type got lucky once with a girl that approached me and that was a painful relationship because she knew how to wrap me around her finger. Women who choose to be with a passive cute guy want that princess treatment that they can't get from the other guys and they don't respect you.

So I went beyond toxic on some online apps and got dates more easily, at some point I was literally flinging psychotic thoughts at her and she loved it, but I don't advocate for it if you're looking for a partner, you start those relationships with toxicity they don't last long. And she may be cheating on her partner which happened to me.

What I take from this is that you have to force yourself to show bravery and confidence, you can brag if otherwise she wouldn't get to know you're worth a shot.
