The lawyer may suggest filing a police report, I'm unsure, but if so that's good documentation since it's from an official law enforcement organization.

In the long run you can sue for defamation if you have enough evidence that she's making these rape allegations.

The social damage is done for now. You've been ostracized due to her selfishness. Recovering will be hard, but doable. Keep those that are sticking with you in mind - those are real friends.

I mean face it , since she's a woman no one is going to question any of her statements at all and they will question every single move you make and make your life hell. Write down EVERY SINGLE THING that you can remember. write down the times that this happened, the date, any conversation, what you had to drink, how much, if you were wearing glasses or not.

Depending on where you live you may be able to press that she is conducting defamation or slander/libel so talk to her and make her understand how serious the accusation is (if talking in person make sure you have someone with you to ensure she can't claim you hit her or something).

If that doesn't work you may have to escalate.

I, for one, am not just going to tell you to lawyer up and follow up with all the reasons we should fear feminazi's.

It's a very delicate balance. On the one hand, you could lose your job if she blows this out of proportion and it spreads with support. You could be unable to fight it and lose your ability to get a job at a later time.

However if you do lawyer up and take her to court, you're looking at $30k+ legal fees with a chance that you could be proven to have broken a law (I don't know what state you come from, if there are statutes that would work against you there). Even if/when you win, you will have garnered a LOT more attention than you're getting now and may be even more unemployable than when you got into this mess.

Just give it some thought. Perhaps, at the very least, consulting a legal professional would be a good start. Be careful sending that first lawyer letter to her, though. She may use it to blow up the web in her favor.

Cease contact with her, admit nothing to her or in the public sphere. You might have already shot yourself in the foot by acknowledging certain facts during any concrete communications. Just admitting enough to corroborate a couple insignificant facts in her story may be enough to escalate things criminally.

Consult a lawyer, too. There may be nothing you can do beyond that in the meantime, and hopefully you can weather the public storm and move on with your life. Defending yourself in any way may only serve to escalate the situation into a criminal matter, and, not knowing the particulars of your case, that may be a very bad idea for you.

Unfortunately, sexual activities can be tantamount to playing in a minefield. Usually you miss the mines or step on a dud, other times you step on a live one. Most people who have had sex blacked out, or while not even fully conscious (not drunk, but like in that auto-mode where they can do and go along with activities but aren't even remembering anything), and it happens more often than people think, simply brush it off. I'd wager most people in long-term relationships, both sides, have crossed into that legal grey area more than a couple times. Technically, it would be illegal, but the vast majority of people do not do anything about it because they aren't malicious individuals.

Such incidences can sometimes be blown way out of proportion if it involves the wrong sort of person, and so the old adage is useful to keep in mind, don't stick your dick in crazy. People who black out and hold other people responsible for their own actions may not realize just how lucid they may appear. Blackouts make people act very impulsively, so even if you ask them if they want something, they may impulsively respond affirmatively. There is often very limited physical signs that the person is blacked out. Legally, you cannot consent to sex while blacked out, though, because, at least the literature I've read indicates, one cannot reason while in such a state.

It can be quite an unavoidable trap to fall into when someone is blacked out, especially if one is a bit inebriated themselves. That is why I would always recommend that someone never admit to something the next day if the night was rough, alcohol-wise, and if the other person cannot remember, just say you don't remember either (never advised or done this myself, but just something I'd recommend if presented with the opportunity to advise someone).

Of course, if someone was actually being malicious, they can go fuck themselves.

Although getting a lawyer is definitely good advice, I can see why you don't want to. If you are wanting to avoid legal action, and more so if you want her to stop attacking you amongst your friend group, I would she if she would meet you in a public place and apologize. Do NOT admit to raping her (obviously) and I would double check that she's not recording you or something, but tell her that you're sorry that she feels taken advantage of. Tell her that you should have realized that she wasn't in her right mind and that you should have waited until she was able to make positive decisions for herself. Then tell her that you're sorry that it's ruined your friendship; that you respect both her and your relationship more than to have made that choice knowing how it would affect the both of you.

An apology can go a long way (even when you don't believe that you're in the wrong), just make sure that it can't be misinterpreted as a confession. As a feminazi, she probably wants her power back; especially if she really does feel like she was raped. A grovelling man might appease her. Just don't try and place any of the blame on her. Obviously she was drunk and making horny choices, but trying to make her see that she's wrong won't get you anywhere.

And still protect yourself. That's why I suggest talking (no paper trail), in a public space (with witnesses), and make sure she's not recording you (so she can't twist your words). Then you just hope that you've chosen your friends wisely enough that she can forgive you.

And lastly, because I cannot weigh in about rape without stating this, do not have sex with drunk women, especially if it is your first time with her. If a women is not in a good enough state of mind to make good decisions, she is not well enough to give her consent. I know you would probably consider yourself a person who would never rape a woman, it can still feel like it to her and in some states (such as California), it is legally considered sexual assault. We were both drunk, and she was very very clearly and actively into it, but I had no idea she was blacked out. The next day I talked to her and mentioned it and she acted surprised and insisted it never happened, and then got mad at me. This was about 10 years ago. She blocked me on AIM and we never talked again. I'm just really lucky she hadn't been drinking the feminism kool-aid, because according to their worldview that's rape. Its not a coincidence that whenever a celebrity has been accused of doing something naughty, they get ahead of the ball and post their side of the story.

Step 4: Continue to do what you would normally do. Dont go reclusive - just live normally. Hiding away can be interpreted as shame, and thus, guilt

Step 5: Do not contact lawyer yet. This is rash and counterproductive, and limits your options. What you want to engage in is what in biz speak is called tit-for-tat. Right now, your enemy is considering if you're going to roll over and die (which you already seem to be doing). But a lawsuit is expensive and risky. She might just want things to go away with a social victory and with you being the asshole. The minute you lawyer up, and she gets notices from said lawyer, she'll lawyer up and things can get heavy. If you are asked why you never lawyered up before, you can say that you tried to work things out with the accuser and was giving her time to consider what you said.

Step 6: Haul your ass over to the red pill and understand that the fuckwit mistakes that you did were easily avoidable and you really should've known better. You need to man up - and red pill philosophy will help you improve yourself so that crap like this doesnt happen again

Sorry bud, but life isn't always what you want it to be. Right now your choice is between getting a lawyer and possibly having your life ruined by a criminal charge that will hound you to the end of your days.

Get a fucking lawyer. You don't need to use the lawyer to attack this woman, but you can have some conversations with the lawyer about what to do in this situation.

Suffice it to say this woman is no longer your friend, as she has chosen to fill her memory hole with a story (which she doesn't remember) of you raping her instead of giving you the benefit of the doubt and considering that you treated her with respect. That is not a friendly move. She is earning her feminazi merit badge at your expense and the more destruction she causes to you the more gold medals she will get along the way for "fighting the good fight".

Get the lawyer. You don't want it to be war, and I understand that because war is hell, but that choice is not made by you - it is made by the aggressor.

Be sure to work out and meditate and eat a healthy diet and take refuge in family or super-close friends (assuming they're better friends than this woman). Think of yourself on a raging river heading for some rapids. You need to paddle right now, whether you like paddling or not. You need to steer your boat, and the right choice right now is to get a lawyer.

I totally understand how that rubs you the wrong way. We want to be civil in our lives, but you have already demonstrated that you did not understand what this woman is capable of in terms of how she may choose to attack you. Don't assume that it will stop with just circle-of-friends attacks. You can make new friends, but you can never purge a criminal record. You need a lawyer. You need a lawyer. You need a lawyer.

Personally, I have to wonder if she played you to become her tool in the so called rape culture wars. But I'm cynical.

Do you care about where you're at, who your friends are, and all that? It sounds like you've set yourself up perfectly to either go to jail (still a good chance of that), and or to simply get pushed away by your feminazi friend.

Frankly, it sounds like you need to come to grips with the stark fact that this is your life she's shredding at will and it will only go badly for you so long as you do nothing.
