Coming from Australia, Melbourne, the men I engage with as peers are what I'd consider the usual here in their belief systems of how relationships work, what is fair and what is not. Sure I guess a lot of people would call it feminist men, except no one calls themselves that here and literally about being fair.

However there are behaviors which I never even considered until I recently spoke to a woman from America, Kentucky who explained to me all the men she's dated would break up with her if she earnt more money than them, or if she became overweight (when they themselves were overweight). This confuses the fuck out of me?

In Melbourne it's expected we have dual incomes to live comfortably - it's expensive. I actually prefer one partner working and one partner taking care of the house/chores/family, as it gives both partners time to relax with each other after a busy day or to work on ones self however financially it's not feasible for most people. I personally couldn't fathom someone getting upset if their partner (woman) out earning them, like wtf? Not to mention the weight double standard.

What other parts of relationships do men feel emasculated or are double standard about?

Do you feel this only applies to your area?
