There has been a post about this guy on this subreddit before, but it was posted four years ago, likely before many of the users here started frequenting the subreddit.

Basically, a woman made an angry/confused post in /r/relationships about the fact that her husband made a spreadsheet documenting all of her excuses for not having sex with him over the course of about six weeks. Then he showed the spreadsheet to her right before she left for a work trip.

Over the course of those six weeks, he attempted to initiate sex 28 times and was rejected 25 times.

At the time it became sort of a meme and stirred up some fairly heated debate. Many commentors expressed a strong sense of disgust toward the man. Read through those comments and you'll find no shortage of the word "autistic." They called his actions manipulative and passive-aggressive, expressing the sentiment that the woman was better off without him.

Others defended him, stating that the wife in this situation had no right to force her husband into a semi-celibate lifestyle. They pointed out that he may very well have communicated his feelings in a "normal" way first and couldn't get his wife to listen. Perhaps this made him feel like he had to go to greater lengths and give her objective proof of their dead bedroom (or... "bedroom on life support") situation.
