How do you deal with friends who just lurk around when you go out? Me and my buddies all go out to have a fun time, but when i open a set he (or they) just linger there around me making it a little awkward. this happens often with different guys who just come out and follow me around. I don't mind, but its intimating for girls when 4 or 5 guys are surrounding one chick and i'm the only one talking.

I want to keep in mind, I want to have fun with my boys, thats number one, but i want to make sure i'm not holding back because they are not comfortable with talking to randoms

There's this exceptional girl I know who's different from every girl I met, let me explain:

This girl responds to advances you make as long as you are 'okay' at game, she will respond, act kinda interested, accept getting a drink at the bar with you, maybe even some dancing. But in the end, she doesn't kiss you, and just returns to her friends.

Now I've observed that happening before I made my moves, which has made me exceptional to her. I don't flirt with her, the only thing I do is eyefuck and smile, have normal conversation and act higher value than she is, and be independent of her.

This has lead her to acting as if I'm lower value than her to acting like I'm higher value. She comes to me now, asks me permission to ask me something, and she asked me to come with her for a university related event, the two of us.

Now what I need to know is, how do I advance with her? Because as soon as I make a flirtatious move she becomes less interested, that's just how she functions. As it looks now it's as if I have to keep being unflirtatious and passive, in the end having her make the move on me.

TL;DR: How do I time manage being awesome, and showing people (read women) I'm awesome?

So I have a full time job in a city (Hayward) that isn't particularly 'popping'. I live (Alameda ~30min from work, ~30min from play/fun) near enough to the city (SF), but how can I find time to do all the things that make for good inner game (cook, hobbies, read, groom, style, etc.) and spend time going out and getting after some new females (on weekdays)? On a given weekday, I'll have maybe 3-4 hours of free time (arrive at home from work at say 630-7, get ready for bed at 11pm-12am to get 8 hours of sleep).

Effectively, I'll have maybe 2 hours of proper free time, when preparation (assuming I'm not cooking, shower/shave/dinner) and travel are accounted for.

Bonus question: How does a girl's schedule affect mine? What are exceptions for breaking my regiment to fit myself into her schedule? First dates? F-close? K-Close? #-close?

So much feels so dependent upon the situation, but I guess I'm just trying to see what you guys think.

I've got a problem. I have no confidence issues (I used to but then -in less than one year- I lost 44lbs/20kg, and that made me very confident of myself and of my discipline) and I'm rather happy with my life, but I get TERRIBLY bored with almost anything that other people seem to find entertainig. I am pretty anxious and I find it very hard to initiate contact if I'm not related with the person in some way (like having the same classes, mutual friends or living in the same house etc.). A lot of advices here suggest meeting girls in parks, subway, grocery shops and other places where i find it extremely hard to approach because i don't know what to say and how to act, as i am confronting a complete stranger. If i somehow manage to get past this stage it's all good because i am a pretty good conversationalist and can speak with people freely.
