Total non sequitur. The emancipation of women, or lack thereof, is not the only difference between the Nordic and Arabic countries.

A better comparison would be societies before and after the emancipation of women. On those terms, the emancipation of women has been a decidedly mixed blessing. Some people benefit by it, and such benefits as exist are often transitory. (Attractive young women can slut around until they hit the wall. Successful men can trade in their wives on a younger model, etc.)

When people talk about social decline they are talking about the disintegration of the family structure and subsequent explosion in all social pathologies. Children raised outside of stable two-parent homes produce social pathologies (crime, delinquency, drug addicition, homelessness, suicide, mental health issues etc) at drastically higher rates than those raised within stable two-parent homes. It takes a long time for such things to play out and an even longer time for them to seriously threaten the position of an economically dominant nation. As Adam Smith said ''there is a great deal of ruin in a nation'', or in other words - it takes more than you think to finish a nation, they can limp along for ages in a state of decay and decline.

The basic premise is not hard to follow though: Explosion in promiscuity - unstable families - more badly brough up kids - more of everything bad. That's really it, the fact that we've been able to just dump money on all these problems so they haven't imploded our whole civilization yet doesnt mean that the logic is wrong.

The Nordic countries are only stable because their societies are high trust and built by stronger men in the past. Norway's high development came largely from their oil fund (they actually invested in their country). Their prosperity had nothing to do with feminism.

The second statement is only true if female emancipation and subsequent promiscuity was the only factor that could cause societal decline. However, that is not indicated anywhere, leading to a logically inconsistent statement.

Also, there are a million things to unpack inside the term "societal decline." If you define "societal progress" by how emancipated and promiscuous women are, then you can see how this is a problem. However, if you define "societal progress" as how many families are from traditional households where women are taken care of by men and they work together to raise children, you come to a different conclusion.

This is quite a silly and useless leap in logic. There are so many material and social factors differentiating nations (or groups of nations) that any direct causal link cannot be compared. It's far more useful to compare a society to its past self, and even that is only useful in a limited way.

For the record anyone pointing to female emancipation as the primary cause of societal decline is being silly as well. Whether it's a factor or not it's only one of many in a complex web.

Nordic countries have sub replacement fertility and will have non native majority in under 20's for Sweden soon. It's not really clear what having "more freedom" has done for those socities if they're still collapsing demographically and being replaced like everywhere else.

And for one hundredth time declining birth rates have nothing to do with hypergamy, i live in a conservative country and the fertility rate in my state is 1.6, on par with developed countries. Decline in birth rates is caused by wide spread availability of cheap contraceptives.

The ME is developing, though slowly, but the countries themselves are culturally and socially stable when you take out american invasion for oil as a factor (because war is inherently destabilizing when its on your lands). you make no sense. we only got to our current development because of strict monogamy. its a tweaked version of natural polygamy to make large scale society possible which gave us the last few thousand years and all that progress.

humanity has build in biological rules it need to follow to keep going on. and the most important aspect is family, which is required to raise a functioning next generation. If that gets broken, society inevitably collapses and when the dust settles after billions of deaths, people have to conform to natures laws again to survive, and the cycle will continue again. this is not the first time society was purposefully collapsed by the elites via feminism and promiscuity. they did it with rome, and all the now communist countries to collapse the old structure and construct a newer, more opressive and inhumane structure to have absolute control again. Thats why teh dark ages followed after rome with the catholic churches ruling and mass killings and total enslavement. Thats what they plan for us, but with modern technology on top.
