This should be obvious, I dare say it should even be said without a thought - but if you want to date, meet people and so on, you need a social outlet. You need to be someone others want to be around, you need a social circle and you need to actively be meeting new people. I know it can be scary, I know it can take energy, but you have to find a social outlet.

“But chad doesn’t have to” - even if that was true, you’re not Chad. Accept it

“But women don’t have to” - even if that was true, you’re not a woman. Accept it.

“But I’m an introvert” - so are lots of other people, but they still socialize. Introvert =/= antisocial or adverse to social interaction

“But I’m asocial” - then accept that dating will be a lot harder for you. Idk what else to tell you.

“But the circles I’m into don’t have women” - then start looking for adjacent circles that might have a more balanced ratio. Think out of the box, but still within your social strengths, and if your social strengths are nested so firmly in male only spaces - then maybe you need to reflect and make some changes.

“But women don’t like being around me” - if you’re so in a rut to where women can’t stand being around you even platonically, time to reflect and make some changes.

People will also bring up the apps - thing is, there are a ton more men than women on the apps and even then, more women tend to use the apps as a secondary or third source to not really look for men who are the most attractive to them - NOT men who are just attractive enough at first. Women’s standards are more lenient in person than on the apps because for many, apps aren’t even a primary source.

Thing is… people want to date those who (shocker) they have fun with. To add to this, we are social creatures. There are lots of social circles and outlets around, and people in these spots are willing to meet others. Find what you might enjoy, find communities adjacent to that, be presentable and most importantly, let yourself have fun. Put your best foot out the door.
