There’s a lot of talk about the 80/20 rule — the idea that 20% of men get most of the attention from women. I think it’s largely true. But attraction is subjective; different women are drawn to different traits because everyone’s wired a little differently.

There’s no such thing as a universally attractive man. Some women don’t even find guys like Chris Hemsworth appealing on looks alone. What is universal, though, is confidence. Confidence sells your look — it signals that you’ll stay grounded and attractive even when life gets rough. It tells a woman that she'll be in good hands if she starts a family with you. And it goes both ways ladies - confidence can vastly expand your dating pool.

Of course, confidence only works if you take care of yourself. You can’t swagger your way around poor hygiene or sloppy appearance. Looks matter, but not in the way most men think. Facial structure plays a role, but that’s just one piece.

Most men are average by genetics — and that’s fine. What separates the top 20% is how they present themselves. They train, eat well, dress well, and carry themselves like men who respect their own value. You don’t need to be perfect; you just need to become the best version of you. That’s when multiple women start noticing.
