Of course women were historically oppressed and are STILL mistreated in some ways today. Anyone who denies it: a) doesn't understand history, b) has no empathy for the female experience whatsoever.

But just because feminism is right doesn't mean that the red pill is not also correct. Here are some red pill ideas:

Hypergamy: A significant amount of women is sexually attracted to men who are dominant in some way. Dominant doesn't mean tyrannical or abusive. They're also attracted to men who are taller, make more money etc. Exceptions exist but there are enough women attracted to men like this that you can notice a pattern.

Oneitis: The idea of the soulmate is also bullshit and can be toxic, like that you are pressured to stay in toxic relationships because you're in love and think the other person is your soulmate.

Don't get married : I don't fully agree with this but I can see that men hold very little power in modern marriage. The woman usually ends up controlling the relationship and the man is terrified of divorce because divorce tends to be harder (emotionally) on men than on women. One example of this is that it's very common for women to isolate their husbands from their single friends but the opposite rarely happens. (except in abusive relationships which are not the rule) In some ways however, I think it's men's fault because they refuse to step up and allow their wives to lead them out of laziness.

Feminized society: There see some parts of society that have become feminized. For example, feminine values like empathy and egalitarianism are portrayed as inherently better than masculine qualities like dominance and competition. However, this is because we live in a time of peace and comfort , it has nothing to do with women specifically. If there was total war tomorrow you would suddenly see the media telling men to man up and go sacrifice themselves.

Now there are parts of the red pill that are bullshit, just like with feminism. A lot of red pillers don't recognize flaws in men at all. (except being "too nice") They act like divorce is always the women's fault and don't recognize that a lot of men are bad. But the core ideas have some validity.
