Why is this sub constantly called out on others when there are literally and legitimately sexist/misogynistic/pure woman hating subs that spread dangerous misinformation about women all over Reddit? I don’t get it.

This is exactly how I found FDS. Someone had mentioned it as a "sexist hate sub" which sparked my curiosity so I checked it out...

And wouldn't you know it, wasn't sexist or hateful, it was liberating and empowering.

I'm so thankful these dudes can't shut up about us, all it does is increases our traffic. Please keep running your mouth's, we very much appreciate the free publicity.

all the scrotes on mainstream reddit always demonised FDS. when i had a peek out of curiosity, i was instantly hooked. this sub has given me so much confidence to take no shit from any relationship in my life.

the female movements that men demonise, are usually demonised because they are right. us striving to do better and be better while thriving as independent women is a direct threat to the romantic and sexual needs of LVMs, who need to cultivate a dependent, submissive stock of women, as they would otherwise not have any women interested in them at all.

I actually found FDS last fall because people were complaining that this subreddit was a hateful place that demonized men and waaaaah, how dare those evil women have standards! I started looking more into what FDS stood for and found myself agreeing more and more with them as I remembered my past and seeing what other women were going through. I had to make this my second "throwaway" account because I didn't want to get bullied on my personal account too due to the unnecessary hatred for the women who are in here. (And because I was a lot more open on my first account and I knew men would used my past against me for being on here.)

Lately though, I don't even use my personal account much anymore and find myself wanting to leave Reddit entirely as FDS really opened my eyes to just how ugly, entitled and depraved men truly are. I'm really loving being single as time passes.

They just can't avoid screaming "pickme!" at any occasion, but anyone with more than half a neuron browsing FDS would understand that this is literally "how to face too many options of stinky men and reject them all until one is capable to be a decent human being".

A lot of us are not even single. I'm not single. Involuntary celibate? Never heard of that. At most, it becomes voluntary, since there's no reason to roll in mud for the sake of having a situationship.

What this site has done has diminished my anger towards men because I feel heard, seen and am not shamed. I can now talk to men and not feel triggered every time due to childhood trauma. I am now wholly focused on my future and levelling up instead of a rinse repeat self hatred. Finding this site helped me so much

Here's the difference:

Incels are involuntarily celibate. They can't get women.

FDS PURPOSEFULLY picks and chooses their partners carefully. Many women have multiple choices in partners at any given time, but FDS is about not settling.
