Lol men can select who they want to have relationships with doesn't mean they hate women who didn't make the cut.

Question. If you hate women who like sex, and you still want to have lots of casual sex with different women, with who do you want to have sex with? With someone who doesn't want it?

Men separate almost by default who they see as serious and who they see as casual. I'd argue the resentment comes from "turning" women they see as serious to casual, the women they always saw as casual don't move the needle.

Another question, do you think that hate towards women who like sex kind of maybe screwing your chances?

Honestly I don't think it makes much of a difference. It's not like women are in anyway morally superior to men, I'd even argue sometimes it's better than being nice, to protect yourself.

Data used for this study included reports on what, when, and how hunting occurred in the cultural group. Ethnographic reports needed to include explicit information, in the form of tables or sentences that females went on hunting trips, and were involved in tracking, locating animals, and helping with the killing if applicable. Given that there is a difference between the phrase ‘women went hunting’ and ‘women accompanied the hunters’ it should be noted that we were looking for phrases along the lines of ‘women were hunting’ or ‘women killed animals,’ not references to the idea that women might be accompanying men “only” to carry the kills home, though obviously this does happen as well (e.g. [19]). Specific contributions such how much killing took place, and total calories from female-only kills were not written about frequently enough to warrant their assessment here.

They lumped tracking, locating, and killing as hunting, which is inaccurate representation tbh, killing is the most riskiest/important part if you ask me

Also study mentions "upto 50%" hunting done by women in some cases, on average they formed a non-trivial part is what study says which is I guess 20%

So majority of hunting was still done by men and thats before even distinguishing the actual part of killing in hunt

No it's more about the men, they typically aren't getting a ton of attention so they take whatever they can get. There's also a weird power dynamic between these couples where the man is submissive and the woman wears the pants. Just an observation of mine.

My perception is, if the woman is only able to get into relationships with the kind of men who need to take whatever they can get, or if she's deliberately aiming below her league because she sees these men as more simp-y and willing to give her queen treatment, then your anecdotes don't particularly counter the point of lowered compatibility, as 1. These men are getting whatever they can get, not their preferences 2. These women are also getting with men who do not fit some of their preferences even if for different reasons, and it can be argued they'd be more 'compatible' a guy with dating experience, sociosexuality, beliefs on sexual morality, personality, etc. similar to hers.

I have had many valued, meaningful experiences with lots of humans. Especially conversations but also other shared experiences - enjoying music, trying amazing food, visiting a significant location, celebrating something, laughing until it hurt. Sometimes they're with friends or just strangers I met. I am naturally unreserved and expressive emotionally and I love making these connections with whoever. I live for these incredibly human experiences that make me feel alive.

I am lucky to have had so many of these experiences that I probably can't remember them all. I certainly can't bring them all to mind and list them. I don't remember everyone's names. Some were people I had an incredible conversation with in some country on the other side of the world who I never saw again.

Does this mean I've had too many of these experiences? Does it mean I'm not properly honoring and respecting the people I've had these experiences with? I don't think so.

For me, sexual experiences are included in this. I consider sex to be an extremely vulnerable, intimate, and quintessentially human act. It's not tainting or degrading. It's a beautiful thing that we can share. I don't think sharing it with more people depletes what you can share with someone else.

It's totally fine if you disagree. A lot of religions have rules around sex. Cultural norms, often derived at least partially from religion, also say people can have "too much" sex. I believe a lot of this is harmful shame but not necessarily all of it. Maybe you believe that sex is not "special" if you've had too much of it, or with too many people. I don't think so, but people should all do what feels right for them and I completely respect them for it.

Since it's relevant to this topic, I have had a lot of sexual partners. But I take respect, kindness, and dignity seriously. Having sex, for me, demands respect for another person's physical and emotional vulnerability. Sex should always involve should involve care for the other person and a desire that they have a positive experience. I want any partner to feel that they're better off after it. If I could see the future and somehow know they would regret it, I would not go through with it.

Like those other meaningful experiences I've had, some of my sexual experiences have started to fade from memory. To be honest, I found this alarming at first. I actually started a file in a notes app to make sure I remembered everyone's names and some basic details because I felt like forgetting this would not be honoring them. I don't know if this unease I felt is just internalized shame from religion or societal expectations or, like you're suggesting, it's just too much somehow. Ultimately I decided that sex should not be considered something that taints us and should just be included with all those other human experiences, as described above.

Maybe I'm wrong and I'm not giving enough consideration to the downsides. Or maybe those religious and cultural standards actually are arbitrary. I don't know. Really I don't think there is a definitive right answer on this and everyone just needs to decide what's right for themselves.

So as I’ve gotten older and filled the time between being single and now with a loving family and friends and lot and lot of fulfilling experiences, a lot more of my memories are locked in on happy moments with my wife and kids and family and not with some crazy ONS from decades ago.

I got too much in there like the birth of our youngest, the first time our oldest (foster) called me dad, family trips, my honeymoon, buying our home together, bring the kids to grandparents. So as im focusing on what’s really meaningful now to me, other things that seemed important that just aren’t anymore are starting to fade.

I probably won't remember the last name of my first girlfriend (and in fact the first girl who invited me on a proper date), because it's been... 8 years probably... But I still haven't forgotten her completely and the same thing with almost everything. Hell, I probably won't remember the names of some of my classmates (after all, even more time has passed), but I still have some memories of them and even some emotions about them

Why find a partner that’s just as inexperienced

1) So that there is no imbalance of power and the more experienced partner does not impose his conditions of the relationship

2) So that you do not feel afraid that your partner is more experienced than you and you are testing his patience

If I want to get better at a video game o don’t find someone who hasn’t played either, I find a person who knows what they are doing ti help me learn and get better faster! Same with most things!

How far do the downsides of each go?

The worst downsides of OnlyFans could be:

jobs potentially don’t want you in the future if they find out (like being a teacher)

The downsides of an n count of 200 could be:

In 2025, it doesn’t matter as much probably. Still, I blame gender roles. Men hunt, women gather. I think the supply/demand ratio between these types of people tends to be about biologically equal, so no one really complains as much about it. It just works for both sides.

This is a preference where it actually makes sense for things to be asymmetrical. If a guy is rich, then why would he want a woman with more money? If a woman didn’t “choose” to be poor, but some rich guys are into her, then there are super obvious benefits to marrying a rich guy. While a hot guy benefits from a hot woman, a rich guy doesn’t materially benefit from a rich woman.

I think some broke men are also super open to dating rich women, though. Literally anyone would choose “more money over less money”.

The n count thing in men just doesn’t align closely in ideals with any other preference. The high n count men are the literal cause of high n count women. High n count men repeatedly choose to participate in hookup culture (they chose to do this as many times as their n count is), they aren’t born with their n count. It’s a logically inconsistent preference.

Using “biology” as a post hoc justification for any emotion you have is not a way to argue though. There’s a reason why appeal to nature is a fallacy. Sexual dimorphism influencing what we find beautiful is a theory, but it’s not the sole theory influencing what we find beautiful. There’s actually plenty of exceptions to it that stem from cultural differences.

Like I can just make the argument that a man who’s had other partners might leave more easily, right? Yet many people still believe that a person who is a virgin or low n count can still want to cheat on you out of fomo, depending on the general circumstances. And similarly someone who’s adventurous in life usually thinks a partner who’s similarly adventurous as themselves makes a more compatible life partner. Both sexes experience retroactive jealousy but in different ways. It is true that male promiscuity is judged harshly by women as well, but for different reasons. What evolution and natural selection ultimately favor above all else is the ability to adapt. The man who is able to override his reptilian brain's revulsion to body count and marry the rich escort/OF model has an advantage in survival and reproduction. Likewise, the woman who is able to override the reptilian brain's attraction to height and muscles in favor of a man who is able to design and build drones and missiles also has a huge advantage in modern survival. So natural selection will start to favor people who do not act based on their most primitive impulses.

My outline for why women who've had casual sex are a personal no-go is simple: Insufficient compatibility.

I want a partner who is only attracted to men similar to me in nature.

I've never had casual sex. Never got close to having casual sex. Have no idea how one would go about getting casual sex, and apparently the odds are lower the older you get (women retiring from it over time + blue pillers badgering you to date women your own age).

So if a woman's had casual sex, that means she did so with a man who's not remotely similar to me.

Which means there's something she likes in men that I do not bring to the table.

Whoch means the compatibility is insufficient. If she wants things that I do not have, then she needs to go off and find them elsewhere.

Not every man is in this predicament so casual sex-having women would be fine for them, naturally.

I have a partner I'm very happy with and have been with for ten years, so it shouldn't be an issue. If I wanted to date again I'd just date women to avoid this bullshit 🤷 But as a feminist I find it strange that you think I wouldn't think to ask questions like this. How a man views women in the abstract is of quintessential importance to me. I dumped my "first boyfriend" (teenagers) because he called a girl in his school a slut.

Having a preference is one thing, being nasty and moralising is another. If a man wants to have a lot of casual sex that's fine but he's probably best suited to dating other women who have had a lot of casual sex because their libidos would match up better.
