Women should act quickly to commit to a high quality man while at peak SMV, instead of squandering their youth and beauty chasing cheap thrills

This Youtube video pretty much says it all, but here are the cliffs notes:

• Female peak SMV is early to mid 20's, and declines sharply after that until it hits the wall somewhere around mid 30's.
• Male SMV is low in the early to mid 20's, and then rises until it peaks sharply at early to mid 30's (if they have done things right).
• Men at their peak SMV are looking for women who are also at their respective peak SMV for long term commitment, and are not interested in women who are approaching or past the wall.
• Thus, if women want to have a high quality life with a high quality mate after their 20's, the time to attract and secure commitment from such a man is at their peak SMV (around 22-25 years old), instead of squandering that youth chasing cheap thrills through partying, sleeping around, and soaking up the abundance of male attention and validation that they receive at that time.
• The reasons for this are myriad (and fairly self-evident) but here are just a few:
  • When woman are younger their bodies are fully mature and at their most fertile. This is intoxicating to men, and also gives much more time to have healthy children. Women's bodies near or past the wall are the opposite of this.
  • Younger woman are positive, energetic, and full of excitement and joy of life (why wouldn't they be, they have the world wrapped around their finger). This is also extremely attractive to men. However, as women age and have racked up an ever increasing string of pump and dumps, or just dated and got burned by losers and assholes, they become more and more jaded, bitter, and resentful towards life and men. This attitude and energy, sometimes called the 'thousand cock stare', is extremely offputting for men (and everyone really). Additionally, the closer to the wall a woman gets, she will begin to notice her looks and the attentions of men rapidly fading, as well as the quality of her prospects for long term relationships. This will only exacerbate the bitterness that she exudes, causing a downward spiral that is virtually impossible to reverse.
  • Younger women have focused on improving themselves and their LTR qualities will necessarily have a much lower n-count. This means that they will have a much higher bonding capacity and be much less likely to cheat on their partner or pursue divorce down the road. Women who have rode the CC for a decade and raked up and n-count in the dozens, or even hundreds, will have all but destroyed their ability to pair bond with a man. Smart and high SMV men know this, and do not commit to these types of women.

TLDR; A woman's peak SMV is in her early to mid 20's, while a man's is in his early to mid 30's. Peak SMV men look for peak SMV women for long term partnerships. So 'if' a woman wants to attract a high value and peak SMV man for a long term relationship, the time for her to do it is in her early to mid 20's, and she should avoid succumbing to the temptation of squandering those years on cheap thrills.
