“There are a lot of average guys in relationships”

“My standards are not high, I’m attracted to average guys”

These average guys are an inch UNDER 6 foot, has a nice pleasant non offensive face but ISNT defined or angular or particularly masculine in his features, earns maybe a bit more than the standard guy but ISNT RICH, and has a fit healthy body but ISNT MUSCULAR or athletic.

So this slightly better than average guy by every metric, ISNT a lot of things. So women see this guy who isn’t tall, isn’t rich and isn’t muscular and isn’t particularly good looking and believe he HAS to be a average, and giving him a chance or seeing him with a girlfriend is women dating and being attracted to average guys.

How many women of dating age aren’t dating a guy with at least one of those qualities? I’ll be honest I feel like the sentiment that they’re not is outdated in 2023, as personally from what I see most guys with a gal have one of those qualities. But even discounting them, the women who are dating Mr five foot eleven, fit and healthy body, earns only slightly more than normal and has a nice pleasant face without any particular handsome quality to it ARE STILL DATING an above average guy by every possible statistic, but to the casual woman’s eye he doesn’t stand out at all and mostly inspires no attraction.

So we argue about the success of the average guy, but we’re arguing over different perceived averages.
