The idea of money being a game changer for men will always come up and I strongly believe it to be untrue.

As someone who lived through being very average financially, and now very wealthy in my 30s, I firmly believe it plays a very small role only. I used to attract average/modest women when I was younger and now I attract average looking single moms. I'm not saying that's a problem but rather it proves that money doesn't change your dating league as far as looks go.

For one, I'd really like to hear another wealthy guy explain a different position to me. Most wealthy guys I know are either married/dating a woman who is pretty educated like them. Or they're hiring escorts or getting sugar babies and pretending they're in a genuine relationship. Otherwise the handsome ones do really well but it's not remotely related to their finances.

But basically money only works if you're looking to have a sugar daddy. If you want to pay, then great. You can have hotties over all the time. If you want a legitimate relationship, it doesn't matter.

Financially if you have a job with a modest income, you're pretty set. Women make their own money and don't need to settle for a guy they aren't attracted to like they used to a few decades ago. Combined household incomes still lets you do a lot. If you truly want more, then you simply pursue it with getting a sugar daddy.

I've seriously lost track of how many times I've seen rich men (high 6 figure earners at minimum) get rejected by a woman who makes 5-10% of their income only to then date a guy who makes 40k a year. As a guy if you're a 7-8/10 making 50k/year, you're able to almost always beat out a guy who is 5/10 but makes 1 million per year.

While things like finances matter down the road, it's not that relevant when you're starting out and trying to get a first or second date.
