I know what I would recommend female friends or family members pick: in every scenario, the lesser-earning but nicer/better-looking man.

But I also understand every woman's goals are different. Some women are okay with marriages/relationships of convenience. Maybe they're okay with men who earn high amounts of money but don't look as good or who aren't faithful.

Ultimately, I would say to make the choice which is best for them.

10 in look. He can move in and live with me. I don’t need a boat or a ocean front condo. We can rent those when needed.

So, men assume the woman is your sister, or cousin, or a female friend. She's a woman who trusts you and values your opinion. She's asking your advice on which guy to choose.

I choose keeping good terms I'm on with my sister, or cousin, or a female friend over giving her an advice.

If she follows my advice and it works out great, she will never thank me. If her relationship fails, she will blame me. My answer is "Not engaging", ESPECIALLY if it's my sister, or cousin, or female friend.

On a slightly deeper level, all options assume that those men's agency is non-existent (200k man in q1 has no option not to cheat, and cannot be convinced), and their circumstances are immutable (none of these men improve financially in a 3- to 5-year perspective or go bankrupt). Reality does not work like this.

On a slightly-slightly-slightly more deeper level, I will advise her to redirect this question to her mother.

I am going to assume that by "choose" you are talking about long term lasting relationships and not just flings. The traits that define the men don't change during the entire duration of the relationship because if they change then the though experiment makes no sense.

General rule for making a decision. Imagine yourself in your deathbed.

A husband who makes 200k and cheats on her once or twice during their life together OR A husband that makes 40k and never cheats.

Second option. When you are dying money will not matter. Knowing you spend your life with someone loyal will.

Is a 3 in looks but has boat and ocean front condo OR is a 10 in looks and lives with his parents.

First option. When you are dying you will not like looking at your past and knowing you/your partner never got to live independently.

A husband who makes 60k a year OR a sugar daddy who gives her 15k a month.

First option. When dying a relationship with a husband would be better to have than a relationship with a sugar daddy.

Money is a necessity for survival, and when life happens (i.e. emergency medical issue and insurance doesn't cover it, having unplanned pregnancy and deciding to keep the child) someone who makes 200K a year can provide a better buffer for yourself and themselves. A lot of fun things couples like to do can require money i.e. vacations, buying gifts. Cheating can have physical dangers (i.e. spread of STDs), but it's mostly a betrayal of trust that can be atoned for or forgiven.
10 and lives with parents. Having money is good, but having things not necessarily so. You can have a condo because you make 200K (see above). You can have a condo because you're 500K in debt. Also, no matter how much money you have, relationships still require a baseline level of attraction. A 3/10 is definitely someone worth being friends with (I don't need you to be attractive to play board games or watch TV together), but for romance I think someone should aim for at least a 4.
I consider "sugar dating" to be a bit separate from regular dating due to the more explicitly transactional nature that is still also distinct from sex work, so this question is a bit of a non-sequiter for me, like asking if I'd rather play baseball or eat an apple.
10 in looks and she's the breadwinner. If a woman is the breadwinner, that implies she has enough income to support them both, so why not take the most attractive person if you can "afford" it?
50K a year and lots of free time to spend with kids. Ideally, if I or someone I loved was having kids I'd want them to have a lot of time with both parents.

My issue with hypothetical like these is that they severely limit the decision making to absolute rules that are stippel away of the nuance that daily life brings.

For instance.. Assuming the cheating isn't premeditated, is the guy struggling with having to restrain his desires in a life where he's never had to do that? Is he overcome by weakness or deliberately disregarding his partnership in favor of physical desires?

Real life is never an organized array of absolutes. The properties a person possess make them the person they are, and the unique component of the puzzle they want to make and belong to.

The man that knows how to make his woman feel special, make her laugh, can surprise her with spontaneous acts of excitement and passion will be the ultimate object of desire to the woman that can value him despite his 3 in the "looks department".

Failing to realize this is the primary misunderstanding people have of redpill. If you still think it's about spinning plates for the purpose of fucking, and looksmaxxing, then you've clearly misunderstood the theory.

The problem the the question is that you’re picking between extremes. The real answer is neither. If you understand what it takes to have a healthy relationship, and you look for someone who is honest, loyal, and also understands what it takes, then

You just look for a someone: Attractive enough, Financially secure enough, sex good enough, Interesting enough to talk to,

People who make those sacrifices like money but not attractive, or fun and funny but bad at sex, the people don’t understand intimacy. It takes all of it. And the ability to be vulnerable.
