Porn is treated like the bogeyman of relationships, and is often identified in pop culture for young men's erectile dysfunctional, or sexual performance issues. I don't think it is the blame of those two things.

Relationships: If your partner is choosing porn over having sex with you. That's because they no longer have emotional, and physical intimacy with you. Porn didn't create that, porn came into the scenario as a way to deal with the lack of intimacy in a relationship that's in its walking dead phase.

ED/Performance: The AMA has stated that we are over medicated, and they are working on fixing it with new prescription, and diagnostic protocols. Psych meds are amongst the most over prescribed. I'm not saying that they're not needed, or useful. I am saying that too many people are taking them, that don't need to. One of the side effects of the commonly prescribed meds is decreased libido, and erectile dysfunction. Also, a man's sexual response is just like a woman's. We need to be in the correct head space for sex in the same way that women need it. External stressor will cause issues on male sexual performance. Beating off to porn featuring women with abs, and a dummy bbl build like a Pixar mom isn't the reason your man can't cum. Check his medicine cabinet, or ask him about his day, or what's going on in his life to understand what's really going on.
