Why do virtually 0 women get in trouble for sexual misconduct?

It’s something I’ve noticed a lot in-person and online. I often see women - especially older women - get away with sexual misconduct. I saw a video of a woman forcefully kissing a teenage Justin Bieber. It was Jenny McCarthy if anyone was wondering and surprisingly, she’s not cancelled for that. I’m 100% sure of a man did that to a girl in a live-streamed event, he’d be cancelled - and rightfully so. It happens a lot among celebrities by other celebrities and no one bats an eye when a female celebrity does it. It happens frequently to men by women and none of them seem to get in trouble unless it’s statutory rape between a teacher and a student which isn’t as likely as other scenarios.

Side note: I know that this happens to women more often but when it happens, the perpetrator is more likely to get in trouble. Whereas for men, the perpetrator almost never gets in trouble - especially if it’s a woman.
