What you seem to be missing is that people want fairness and their needs met.

This is a very crude view imo and certainly puts sex on a high pedestal, which can be very dangerous. Sacrificing mental health for intimacy is not sustainable.

On top of that, you will almost certainly cross moral boundaries. If you are willing to accept any and all consequences, which should be certainly considered, then sure this view can be valid in some ways.

For example, spending every dime you have to pick up a woman is probably a bad idea, but you would say it’s a good idea.

You seem to put way to much emphasis on casual sex as a form of validation. I get it, it's validating. It truely is. But going all in on this is going to hurt you.

Ok. You did it. You slept with 20 women in the past year. You sacrificed a few friendships cancelling plans for dates. Your boss is getting pissed at you because you worked after partying too much. You got a minor std because it's bound to happen even if you do everything right. You're jadded after all this rejection/ghosting/bad sex partners. You feel like shit because you slept with some women you didn't find attractive because why not. You ghosted a few of them because "I'm bored having sex with you" is not really a good breakup reason.

It sometimes feel good but sometimes it also feels bad. Don't put all your self validation and self-esteem into casual sex. If it happens and it's good, great. Otherwise you'll hurt yourself.

I’m 24M and I had my first ever girlfriend / sexual partner in high school. We broke up when we went to college because I wanted to explore other options and live the single life.

I had sex with over 80 different women since then. At one point, casual sec was LITERALLY all I pursued constantly. This led to some bad emotional issues. Looking back, yes I got social confidence and learned but idk it was a roller coaster that idk I’d get back on, certainly not the same way.

I have a girlfriend now and I think this life is better.

The work still has to get done, and part of that is being honest about where you’re at. Most guys aren’t going to land their ideal right out the gate. Early on, it’s normal to hook up with women who aren’t exactly your type but are still half decent options. That’s how you build experience, confidence, and a better sense of what works. The guys who refuse to adjust and only chase their ideal before they have the value to match it are usually the ones who stay stuck.

The part that goes too far is the idea that a man should sacrifice anything, including his mental health, just to get casual sex. That is not discipline, that is obsession. Improvement is good. Taking more action is good. Being realistic is good. Running yourself into the ground for validation is not.

The goal should be to become more desirable overall: better body, better social skills, better confidence, better lifestyle, better calibration. Casual sex can be part of that, but it should not become the thing that owns you. Put in the work, adjust your standards when needed, and build experience, but do not turn it into “anything at any cost.”

That view is too extreme. Improving yourself makes sense, but sacrificing your mental health, stability, and self-respect for casual sex is not discipline; it is obsession.

A man should build his looks, confidence, money, and social skills because it improves his life overall, not because he has to destroy himself chasing validation. Casual sex is not worth “sacrificing everything” for.
