I think one of the main promises in your premise is that you think the guys she dates later in life don't sexually excite her as much. Women tend to come into their own sexually in their thirties, forties, and fifties and couples in general unless in sugar relationships or arranged marriages, first come together due to pure and genuine physical attraction.

I think it's a logical fallicy to call everyone's youth the best years of their life... maybe in terms of physical attractiveness (not always), but most in people's teens and 20s they're finding themselves and discovering who they really are. Late 20s-late 30s tend to be the true "best years" as people become more comfortable and happier with themselves. It's just so annoying that people think 19 year olds are living their golden years when in reality they're generally broke and directionless.
