There is a simple test: if you flip men to women (and vice versa) in a statement, does it now seem wrong? Then this is the feeling you should have about the first statement too, if you actually cared about equality.

It looks like that’s a Welsh college, you should contact them to make a complaint regarding sexism (explain that it is also discriminating against Welsh male students by discouraging them in a particular area of study) then make a complaint that the wording is in English first and not Welsh. Then contact Cymdeithas yr Iaith and send a photo and make the same complaint, explain it is discriminating against Welsh men - in my experience, they should then contact the college to complain themselves. You should also complain to WG regarding the implied sexism against men and that the poster discourages boys from studying for/ entering a female dominated work area I.e. nursing, careers...etc.

We have a similar poster where I work in healthcare, but the poster where I work is specifically there because we're trying to increase male contribution to certain positions and procedures that they've traditionally been completely excluded from.
